Position Summary The Director, Program Management serves as a senior program management expert responsible for guiding the successful execution of complex engineering and manufacturing programs for government and defense customers. In this role, the Director provides strategic program direction, drives cross-functional alignment, and ensures programs meet schedule, cost, technical, and quality requirements. The Director also leads, mentors, and supervises Program Managers and program management staff, establishing program management best practices, driving accountability, and supporting the development of high-performing teams across the organization. Experience - 12 – 15+ years of experience in program or operations management within a government contracting, aerospace, defense, or complex manufacturing environment. • Collaborate with sales teams to conduct technical discoveries, deliver tailored product demonstrations of ESInet/NGCS, CHE, and related NG9-1-1 solutions, and address customer technical requirements • Lead the development and writing of RFP/RFI responses, ensuring compliance with public safety standards, NENA i3, cybersecurity, and interoperability needs • Represent Allerium at industry trade shows, conferences, and events, showcasing solutions and networking with potential customers • Accompany sales representatives on frequent customer visits (up to 50% travel) for on-site presentations, proof-of-concepts, and solution design sessions • Serve as the technical liaison between customers and internal teams including product management, engineering, and implementation services • Develop and maintain technical sales collateral, including presentations, demo scripts, white papers, and competitive analysis documents • Support post-sales activities as needed, including technical handoffs to implementation teams and customer onboarding assistance
