Associate French Payroll Specialist

• Manage all payroll activities in line with the monthly payroll calendar and submitting the payroll figures on monthly basis. • Ensure the payrolls comply with the French legislation and statutory requirements. • Ability to reconcile pre-processing reports to ensure accuracy of information prior to processing payroll. • Research discrepancies of payroll information and/or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures prior to processing. • Validation of the payroll outputs. • Maintain payroll information, files, and records to provide up to date reference and audit trail for compliance. • Analyze payroll related information to ensure accurate distribution of funds and payroll. • Prepare the monthly payroll reports and upload them to CP platform. • Collaborate with Implementation team to ensure that the hangover of new payrolls is transferred to In-House team successfully.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in both French and English (English level: B2 minimum).
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Minimum of experience in payroll processing.
- Experience with complex payroll scenarios such as BIK, stock options/RSUs, non-residents, and court orders.
- Familiarity with French legal payroll requirements, statutory reporting, and forms.
- Strong time management and administrative skills with attention to detail.
