Principal Implementation Consultant

Clariti

• Lead the full implementation lifecycle for Clariti's most complex customer deployments, from discovery and solution design through configuration, testing, training, and go-live, ensuring each phase meets defined success criteria and customer expectations. • Translate complex customer requirements into practical, scalable configuration solutions; make sound product functionality trade-offs and clearly communicate the implications of each approach to customers and internal teams. • Set and uphold quality standards across all workstreams; conduct thorough reviews of configuration, documentation, and test plans to catch and resolve issues before they reach the customer. • Anticipate implementation risks before they materialize; diagnose root causes quickly when issues arise and drive resolution with precision and minimal disruption to the customer. • Manage implementation workplans, milestones, and customer-facing deliverables across concurrent projects, maintaining clarity on priorities and proactively surfacing blockers to the appropriate project team members. • Delegate work effectively to intermediate implementation consultants to ensure functional work is balanced, aligned to team skillsets and meets a cohesive quality standard for all deliverables.

Job Requirements

  • 12+ years of hands-on experience implementing enterprise software in a SaaS, professional services, or government technology environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of independently owning and delivering complex, multi-workstream implementations from discovery through go-live with minimal oversight.
  • Deep familiarity with the full implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering, solution design, and configuration through testing, training, and post-launch support, and the judgment to adapt each phase to the customer's context.
  • Experience working directly with government or public sector customers strongly preferred.

Role Description The Site Technology Implementation Lead is responsible for executing the deployment, installation, and configuration of technology solutions across company sites, including new locations, relocations, expansions, and refresh initiatives. This role works under the direction of the Manager, Site Technology and Implementation and serves as the primary technical resource responsible for ensuring site technology is installed, tested, and operationally ready. This individual coordinates closely with infrastructure teams, vendors, facilities, and local site leadership to ensure all technology components are delivered accurately, on time, and in alignment with company standards. The role requires a combination of strong technical skills, field coordination, and disciplined execution. What You’ll Do - Execute technology deployments for new site openings, relocations, and upgrades, following established implementation plans and standards. - Install, configure, and validate site technologies including: - Network equipment (switches, firewalls, wireless access points) - Workstations, laptops, and mobile devices - Printers and multi-function devices - Telephony and conferencing systems - Peripheral equipment and end-user setup - Coordinate onsite activities such as hardware staging, shipping, receiving, and installation. - Perform site readiness checks to confirm infrastructure, connectivity, and equipment availability. - Serve as the primary point of contact for onsite technology implementation activities. - Coordinate with network, infrastructure, security, and support teams to ensure proper deployment sequencing and configuration. - Work with carriers and vendors for circuit turn-ups, installations, and troubleshooting. - Support structured cabling coordination and validate installations meet standards and specifications. - Assist with cutover activities and ensure a smooth transition to operational support. - Conduct pre-go-live validation, including: - Network connectivity and performance - Device functionality and configuration - User workstation readiness - Telephony and communication systems testing - Identify and resolve issues prior to site go-live, escalating as needed. - Document test results, issues, and remediation actions. - Maintain accurate documentation of site deployments, including asset tracking, configurations, and installation records. - Follow and enforce established site technology standards, checklists, and playbooks. - Provide input on improving deployment procedures, tools, and documentation. - Ensure all hardware and configurations align with security and compliance requirements. - Work closely with vendors, onsite contractors, and service providers during implementation. - Validate vendor work quality and escalate issues when expectations are not met. - Support post-go-live transition to IT operations and service desk teams. - Assist with warranty support, equipment replacements, and vendor follow-ups as needed. Qualifications - Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. - 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, desktop support, or hands-on technology deployment roles. - Experience supporting multi-site environments, office openings, or infrastructure rollouts preferred. - Familiarity with working in construction, facilities coordination, or field service environments is a plus. Requirements - Experience with site technology implementations in healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated environments. - Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, A+, or equivalent preferred. - Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Intune, SCCM, or similar deployment/management platforms. - Familiarity with low-voltage systems, security systems, or building technology integrations.
