Data & AI Product Owner
CERTANIA
• Own the vision, roadmap, backlog, and prioritization for Data & AI products and capabilities across the group. • Translate business needs into clear product requirements, technical scope, and implementation priorities. • Identify use cases that can be built once and reused across multiple portfolio companies and functions. • Shape and manage a portfolio of reusable AI microservices that can be made available to everyone in the CERTANIA group. • Work with the API and data platform layer as the integration and intelligence backbone of the CERTANIA ecosystem. • Identify and structure high-value AI opportunities with clear business relevance. • Analyze Langdock usage across CERTANIA to identify recurring patterns, common use cases, and adoption trends. • Drive stakeholder alignment and manage the organizational impact of data and AI initiatives. • Prepare high-quality management presentations, business cases, and decision materials.
Job Requirements
- Several years of experience in product ownership, data, analytics, AI, or digital platform delivery.
- Strong technical understanding of modern data platforms, ideally Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or equivalent.
- Solid knowledge of data structures, data engineering concepts, APIs, and platform architecture.
- Strong expertise with AI Skills and leveraging the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for seamless LLM integration.
- Proven experience in AI business transformation, rollout, and scaling into operational use.
- Strong change management and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience with workflow automation and end-user adoption of digital tools.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, including executive-level materials.
- Ability to work across technical and business teams in a complex, international environment.
- Fluent English; German is a plus.
