• Lead regional staffing operations • Manage day-to-day clinical staffing functions, including scheduling, workforce planning, and operational coverage across the region • Drive recruiting and retention efforts • Partner with recruiting and operations to identify, attract, and retain top clinical talent • Oversee staff development and training • Develop training plans, support continuing education, and ensure clinical staff maintain required competencies • Manage team performance and engagement • Conduct performance reviews, address employee concerns, and promote a positive and professional team environment • Collaborate cross-functionally • Work closely with Regional Directors of Operations, the National Staffing Manager, and recruiting teams to align staffing with business needs • Support clinical operations and quality standards • Ensure efficient day-to-day operations, adherence to protocols, radiation safety standards, and overall quality of care • Serve as a regional field leader • Visit client sites as needed to support staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain strong relationships with clinical teams and physicians

• Lead payer value communication strategies that support access and reimbursement for CDL’s cardiac imaging services across Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid markets • Develop and adapt value communication resources to meet organizational needs across CDL Nuclear Technologies’ imaging modalities • Create tailored materials such as payer value decks, cost-impact analyses, and summary tools • Design a comprehensive strategy that aligns with market dynamics, payer priorities, and institutional drivers • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Reimbursement, and Commercial/Operations teams • Drive impact through translating clinical, real-world, and economic data into compelling payer value narratives • Develop payer value decks, cost-impact tools, and summary materials • Lead cost-effectiveness and budget impact analyses • Create objection handlers, FAQs, and field enablement tools • Monitor payer trends (MACs, commercial insurers, CMS) • Support value-based contracting and payer segmentation strategies • Ensure all materials meet legal, regulatory, and compliance standards

• Drive Hospital System Growth Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital systems, IDNs, and GPOs to expand CDL’s presence nationwide • Acquire and Expand Accounts Identify new business opportunities, negotiate agreements, and expand utilization within existing hospital customers • Negotiate contracts, oversee implementation of terms, and manage accounts throughout the full contract lifecycle • Proactively enhance the hospital customer experience while ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnership stability • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and internal stakeholders to support new product offerings and strategic initiatives • Develop a deep understanding of CDL’s business model, performance metrics, and evolving hospital market dynamics

• Execute day-to-day operational activities that support CDL’s Corporate Compliance Program. • Responsible for training, communications, ongoing monitoring, documentation, investigation support, and coordination across clinical, operational, and administrative functions. • Track regulatory updates from CMS, OIG, OCR, state agencies, and accreditation bodies; incorporate changes into policy, procedure, and operational workflows. • Prepare summaries and distribute relevant guidance to internal stakeholders. • Maintain compliance issue logs, corrective action plans (CAPs), and follow-up activities to ensure timely remediation. • Participate in risk assessments by gathering data, documenting control gaps, and providing tactical support for mitigation strategies. • Maintain inventory of compliance policies and procedures; assist with drafting, revising, and formatting compliance-related policies and procedures. • Support development and delivery of compliance training content; administer compliance training assignments and track completion rates. • Maintain centralized compliance program documentation, evidence repositories, and audit binders.
