Role Description We are seeking an EBS Junior Technical Analyst with foundational experience in Oracle E-Business Suite Procurement to support a federal DoD systems implementation program. This role bridges functional and technical work — supporting module configuration, technical troubleshooting, RICE component development, and end-user support across Oracle Procurement and related modules. This is a primarily remote role supporting a Lackland, TX program with travel projected to be 2 days per quarter. - Requirements Support: Assist in gathering and documenting technical and functional requirements for Oracle EBS Procurement module implementations and enhancements. - Technical Configuration: Support configuration of Oracle EBS Procurement, Purchasing, and iSupplier modules under the direction of senior analysts and architects. - RICE Development Support: Assist in the development, testing, and documentation of RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) related to Procurement workflows. - Testing: Develop and execute test scripts for unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Procurement modules. - Functional Support: Provide first-line support to end-users of Oracle Procurement; log, triage, and escalate issues to senior team members as needed. - Collaboration: Work closely with functional BAs, technical developers, and business stakeholders to ensure delivery of integrated Procurement solutions. - Documentation: Maintain accurate technical and functional documentation, including configuration workbooks, test results, and support logs. - Process Improvement: Identify technical inefficiencies in Procurement workflows and recommend improvements under guidance of senior team members. Qualifications - Minimum 3–5 years of experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite, with exposure to Procurement, Purchasing, or related supply chain modules. - Working knowledge of Oracle EBS Procurement module configuration, workflows, and approval hierarchies. - Familiarity with Oracle EBS R12 technical architecture, including RICE components and key integration points. - Experience supporting or executing test plans, including SIT and UAT in Oracle EBS environments. - Basic understanding of federal procurement processes and acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS) preferred. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Good communication skills with ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
