Role Description We are seeking an EBS Junior Technical Analyst with foundational experience in Oracle E-Business Suite Procurement to support a federal DoD systems implementation program. This role bridges functional and technical work — supporting module configuration, technical troubleshooting, RICE component development, and end-user support across Oracle Procurement and related modules. Qualifications - Minimum 3–5 years of experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite, with exposure to Procurement, Purchasing, or related supply chain modules. - Working knowledge of Oracle EBS Procurement module configuration, workflows, and approval hierarchies. - Familiarity with Oracle EBS R12 technical architecture, including RICE components and key integration points. - Experience supporting or executing test plans, including SIT and UAT in Oracle EBS environments. - Basic understanding of federal procurement processes and acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS) preferred. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Good communication skills with ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
