• Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures • Review vendor invoices for accuracy and route to department managers for approval • Process new vendors for onboarding into accounts payable system and respond to vendor inquiries • Process monthly amortizations and review invoices for quarterly and year end accruals • Record bank debits and payments • Reconcile A/P and cash accounts in ERP system • Prepare journal entries for reclass, adjustments and record manual A/P entries • Process 1099s at year end • Respond to various Accounts Payable inquiries from within the organization, including JIRA tickets • Process staff expense reimbursements in expense reporting system, ensuring all expenses adhere to Candid’s Travel & Expense Policy • Reconcile corporate card statements to submitted expense reports • Reconcile “Other Refunds/Reimbursements” account and notify employees of amount due • Maintaining Candid’s accounts payable and employee reimbursement systems (Tipalti and Nexonia). This includes but is not limited to ensuring the system is up to date with correct mapping of GL accounts, project codes, vendors and department/divisions • Setting up employee training to introduce new system upgrades and replacements, and provide detailed user guide • Work with staff and managers to resolve accounts payable and expense report issues • Prepare regular and ad hoc reports to provide details of accounts payable and other expenses • Under direction of Sr. Accounting Manager, implement process improvements and document procedures • Partner with Sr. Accountant to prepare audit schedules, compile supporting documentation, and ensure timely response to auditor requests • Act as backup for Sr. Accountant • Maintain and update related schedules and reports assigned by Sr. Accountant • Special projects as assigned by Sr. Accounting Manager and Sr. Accountant.

Role The Provider Relations Specialist is a vital member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional provider support and engagement services. This role involves handling provider inquiries and interactions through various channels, including calls, emails, and web tickets. The Provider Relations Specialist plays a key role in maintaining positive relationships with our providers while ensuring effective communication and issue resolution. This is a fully remote role and open to candidates based in the United States or Costa Rica. What You’ll Do - Provider Support and Engagement: - Serve as the primary point of contact for GTM, providers and patients addressing their inquiries and concerns. - Handle GTM, provider and patient interactions, including calls, emails, and web tickets, in a professional and helpful manner - Perform Case Sweep on each interaction to drive case submissions and approvals - Build and maintain positive relationships with providers to ensure their satisfaction and engagement - Call, Email, and Web Ticket Management: - Efficiently manage and respond to GTM,provider and patient calls and emails - Ensure accurate and timely resolution of provider issues and inquiries - Document all interactions and maintain comprehensive records - Go-To-Market (GTM) Support - Collaborate with the GTM team to provide support for go-to-market initiatives - Assist in coordinating and facilitating provider communication related to GTM activities - Ensure providers are well-informed about GTM strategies and offerings - Issue Resolution: - Investigate and resolve provider issues and concerns promptly and effectively - Collaborate with internal teams to find solutions to complex problems - Document and analyze issues to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement - Task Management: - Handle MFA, Lab, Kraken & TPMX requests, Case Audits, Account Onboarding and other Support Tasks, These tasks will be routed through Salesforce Omnichannel and will have dedicated time scheduled each day to work these tasks What You’ll Need - Proven experience in provider relations, customer service, or a related role - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Proficiency in handling calls, emails, and web tickets - Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing business needs The base salary budgeted for this role is $40,000 - $45,000. Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes equity, benefits, and other perks. This role is pivotal in driving our business growth by converting new and existing Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into valued partners. • Lead the team that manually codes grants and organizations using Candid’s taxonomy, the Philanthropy Classification System, with a focus on scaling operations and improving classification accuracy and consistency. • Partner with subject matter experts to develop and maintain additional ontologies, taxonomies, and semantic models that enable knowledge representation and reasoning across applications, including AI applications. • Design and implement quality control processes and metrics to ensure coding quality and strong inter-rater reliability, including guidance for handling ambiguous edge cases. • Monitor and address data quality drift, including maintaining annotator calibration and detecting shifts in labeling standards over time. • Collaborate with Candid’s data science team to evaluate AI models (including LLMs) used for autocoding tasks. • Coordinate efforts to generate the training data needed to build effective AI/ML solutions. • Build strong relationships with key teams across Candid to understand how knowledge engineering can support their needs and advance desired outcomes.
