Role Description We are a US-based technology advisory team that helps clients navigate complex programs across strategy, delivery, and operations. We are a small, close-knit team that moves fast and we are growing. We are looking for an Operations Coordinator based in India to work alongside us as a true team member. This role blends structured execution with supporting higher-judgment work through solid research and formatting. You will own a defined set of recurring tasks that keep our sales pipelines, project data, resource capacity views, and communications humming - and you will pitch in on more analytical and knowledge-building work as the team needs it. This is an active, high-ownership role. We want someone who flags anomalies proactively, surfaces stale data before it becomes a problem, and pushes open loops to close. Responsibilities - Sales Pipeline and Data Hygiene - Maintain the central sales pipeline view - update stages, owners, close dates, and next actions on a weekly basis - Enter new opportunities within 24 hours of being flagged by the US team - Draft and send pre-sub-practice call pipeline confirmation emails from template - Project and Delivery Tracking - Maintain the Active Projects dashboard - update end dates, budget remaining, and health status - Update Float weekly to ensure staffing reflects current reality - Reconcile Float against the project dashboard - Surface weekly budget vs. actual hours variances - Log, track, and escalate stale action items from leadership calls - Capacity and Staffing Data - Maintain the capacity view connected to Float - availability, current assignments, and upcoming free dates - Run weekly by-person staffing updates - Track and reconcile billable hours on the Thursday submit / Friday validate / Monday distribute cycle - Knowledge Infrastructure - Run a weekly Notion cleanup pass - archive stale content, fix broken views, audit new additions - Monitor SharePoint and flag stale, broken, or misplaced content - Maintain the Context Index - the registry of team artifacts - Ensure every file has a single canonical home and is stored correctly - Presentation and Slide Support - Provide ad hoc slide support for the team - formatting, assembly, and version management of decks across various engagements and internal purposes Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in an operations, project coordination, or executive support role - ideally at a consulting, advisory, or professional services firm - Strong command of tools like Notion, SharePoint, and Float (or comparable project/staffing tools) - Experience working with CRM or pipeline data (D365 or similar) - Strong command over Microsoft PowerPoint - Comfort building and maintaining dashboards, trackers, and structured data views - Excellent written English - you will be formatting and distributing external-facing communications - Strong attention to detail and a low tolerance for stale or broken data - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on structured recurring tasks - Some overlap with US Eastern or Central time (2-3 hours minimum) is preferred - Bonus: experience supporting a US-based team remotely Tools You Will Use - Notion - Microsoft D365 - Float - SharePoint - Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) - Internal communication tools Benefits - Comprehensive benefits package - Inclusive culture that values diversity - Consistent meetings with your Career Coach to guide your career goals and aspirations
Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive System Administrator & Infrastructure Engineer specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) / Finance & Operations (F&O), with strong expertise across Azure infrastructure services. This manager-level role is ideal for professionals who excel in platform stability, system governance, performance optimization, and infrastructure leadership within enterprise environments. As part of our India-based support team, you will collaborate closely with global teams to ensure seamless system operations, enforce best practices, and drive improvements across cloud-hosted D365 environments and their integrations. You will lead and mentor junior engineers during the C Shift and contribute to architectural decision-making and environmental governance. Key Responsibilities - Platform Management & Infrastructure Operations - Provide advanced-level support for maintaining D365 SCM/F&O environments, including deployments, database refreshes, service updates, and proactive quality updates. - Monitor and optimize system performance, availability, and scalability across all production and non-production systems. - Lead System Engineering responsibilities during shift hours, ensuring successful execution of environment refreshes, disaster recovery activities, Azure Logic Apps troubleshooting, Azure DevOps pipelines, and LCS lifecycle management. - Collaborate closely with global Crowe Support Teams to deliver high-quality system support and operational excellence. - Analyze and resolve performance issues through deep diagnostic expertise, driving permanent, scalable fixes. - Environment Governance & Automation - Define, implement, and enforce environment governance, configuration standards, and DevOps practices for D365 lifecycle management. - Lead automation initiatives using Azure DevOps, PowerShell, and additional scripting tools to optimize operational workflows. - Coordinate with Microsoft and external vendors for escalations, environment updates, hotfixes, and service-level compliance. - Cross-Team Collaboration - Serve as the primary escalation point for technical environment-level issues and system performance concerns. - Partner with business analysts, product owners, developers, and support teams to ensure optimal system functionality and operational readiness. - Engage directly with client users to understand issues, gather requirements, and drive effective support outcomes. - Deliver timely RCA documentation, environment status updates, and resolution plans to client stakeholders. - Operational Excellence & Documentation - Drive industry-standard incident, change, and problem management processes. - Develop and maintain SOPs, deployment runbooks, monitoring dashboards, and operational knowledge bases. - Enhance monitoring, alerting, and telemetry using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, LCS, and Power Platform tools. Expectations - Leadership & Ownership - Take full accountability for D365 environment health, reliability, and performance while mentoring junior team members and improving operational processes. - Continuous Learning - Stay current on the Microsoft roadmap and evolving Azure cloud and D365 infrastructure capabilities. - Resilience & Problem Solving - Approach incidents and complex performance issues with a calm, structured, and analytical mindset while driving long-term resolutions. - Cross-Regional Collaboration - Work closely with U.S.-based stakeholders during shift hours to ensure operational excellence across global environments. Required Skills - Mandatory - 8+ years of technical experience supporting D365 F&O/SCM infrastructure, including SQL performance tuning, Azure Logic Apps, Power Platform (Power Pages, Power Automate, Power Apps), LCS, and Application Insights. - Hands-on experience managing SCM-specific workloads and integrations within D365. - Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure IaaS/PaaS, system performance optimization, database tuning, and D365 telemetry. - Proven experience with Azure DevOps pipelines, source control (VSTS/Git), and automated deployment frameworks. - Strong problem-solving capabilities and demonstrated experience mentoring junior engineers. - Excellent leadership skills, project coordination ability, and strong stakeholder communication. - Ability to operate independently, especially when handling complex customer-reported technical issues. - Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and analytical skills. - C Shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST ±2 hours with permanent virtual set up). - Preferred - Experience with Dual-write, Data Integrator, and Power Platform integrations. - Familiarity with Application Insights, Azure Monitor, Power BI, and health dashboards. - Working knowledge of manufacturing/production business processes. - Experience with Azure security hardening, compliance standards, and cost optimization. - Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Azure, or Infrastructure Management.
