Role Description The Integrations Engineer will be focused on support and technical debt, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize existing API connections and data flows between systems to ensure stability. The engineer will resolve live production incidents and refactor legacy code. This is a hands-on position that requires knowledge of industry standard development practices as well as relevant working experience with Microsoft Azure resources, Azure DevOps, APIs, relational SQL databases, and CI/CD pipelines. - Maintain REST APIs based on C# and hosted in Azure - Deploy and manage APIs in Azure API Manager - Build, test, and deploy end-to-end integration solutions between multiple systems - Utilize Azure resources such as Function Apps, Service Bus, Azure Data Factory, etc. - Develop and maintain Azure Function Apps using C# - Deploy changes and/or bug fixes to existing Azure Functions and APIs - Manage source code and CI/CD pipelines within Azure DevOps - Perform technical support and diagnostics of existing code-based solutions - Build and maintain monitoring processes for integrations - Deliver on commitments, collaborating with stakeholders as needed and communicating impediments as they arise - Collaborate with third-party development teams in the development life cycle including requirements analysis and design - Maintain code and solution documentation - Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development lifecycle - Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting - Review and debug code - Perform validation and unit testing - Assist in determining root cause for integrations issues - Work with internal teams and clients to correct and improve functionality - Document existing development and standardize documentation processes for all new development phases - Implement/deploy monitoring systems to ensure system availability and integrity - Ensure software is up to date with latest technologies - Other duties as assigned Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, computer science, software engineering or equivalent experience - 3+ years of experience in developing, designing, and maintaining integrations required - 2+ years in Microsoft tech stack (Visual Studio, .NET, C#, SQL Server, WCF, Azure) required - Technical data integration/extraction experience with various technologies from ETL (Azure Data Factory) to API (REST & SOAP) required - Experience working in multiple data formats (SQL, JSON, XML, etc.) - Experience working with Azure cloud technology (Azure Functions) - Experience in implementing monitoring processes for integrations - Familiarity with CI/CD concepts - Experience working with business users, analyzing requirements and providing technical solutions - Experience working successfully with both technical and non-technical personnel - A self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills - Extremely proficient in Microsoft suite of products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook - Experience working in the leisure, travel, tourism, ski resort, or hospitality industries – preferred Work Environment The current team is considered full-time remote workers. In a full-time, remote work environment, the candidate is expected to be well disciplined and have a quality quiet personal workspace. On a semi-regular basis, the team is brought together all at once for a week or less in order to build camaraderie, typically this happens quarterly, or when an opportunity arises due to projects being executed. Regardless of if working remote or not, occasional travel within the US and/or Canada may be required for special projects.

Title: Mountain Bike Camp Counselor | Part Time Location: Lincoln, New Hampshire United States Job Description: Loon Mountain Summer Seasonal, Full-Time & Part-Time 24078 Overview The Mountain Bike Camp Counselor is responsible for providing a safe, high-energy, and educational experience for youth campers ages 8–13. This role combines beginner to intermediate bike instruction with general camp supervision. You will lead groups through downhill (DH) and cross-country (XC) terrain, facilitate off-bike mountain activities, and ensure the physical and emotional well-being of all participants. Responsibilities 1. On-Trail Instruction & Leadership - Lead daily guided rides on both lift-accessed downhill trails and cross-country networks. - Deliver age-appropriate instruction on fundamental skills: braking, cornering, body positioning, and trail etiquette. - Assess rider ability levels and select appropriate terrain to ensure a "Challenge-by-Choice" environment. - Perform basic trailside mechanical checks and minor repairs (flat tires, chain drops). 2. Group Management & Supervision - Supervise campers during transitions, lunch breaks, and non-biking activities (e.g., gondola rides, glacial caves, or climbing wall). - Maintain 100% accountability for all campers in your group, especially when navigating off-property or on public trail systems. - Foster a positive group culture that emphasizes sportsmanship, inclusivity, and environmental stewardship. 3. Safety & Risk Management - Strictly adhere to all resort safety protocols and the Mountain Biker’s Responsibility Code. - Conduct daily gear inspections for campers (helmets, pads, bike condition, etc.). - Coordinate emergency response with Patrol/EMS. - Monitor weather conditions and heat exhaustion, adjusting the activity level as necessary for the safety of the group. 4. Communication & Professionalism - Provide daily check-in and check-out briefings for parents regarding their child’s progress and any incidents. - Collaborate with fellow counselors to coordinate logistics and equipment needs. - Represent the resort professionally at all times, maintaining a positive attitude even in challenging conditions. Qualifications Experience: Proven experience in mountain biking (DH and/or XC) and a minimum of one season working with children in a camp or instructional setting. Ability to apply common sense understanding and to solve practical problems. Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively within a professional manner. Basic math skills are required. Certifications: PMBIA or BICP Level 1 certification is a plus but not required. Physical Stamina: Ability to ride 4–6 hours per day in varied weather and terrain while carrying a pack. Soft Skills: Strong conflict-resolution skills and the ability to adapt teaching styles to different developmental needs. This role is critical to driving topline revenue while balancing occupancy, rate and competitive positioning across all market segments. The Revenue Manager is responsible for maximizing lodging revenue by analyzing data, forecasting demand, and setting pricing strategy across multiple resorts and lodging properties, working in partnership with resort operations, sales, marketing, and regional leadership.
