Overview Boyne Resorts is one of North America's premier resort operators, delivering exceptional four-season experiences across some of the most breathtaking destinations in the country. We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Revenue Manager to support our Maine, Montana, and Utah resort properties. This role is critical to driving topline revenue while balancing occupancy, rate and competitive positioning across all market segments. The Revenue Manager is responsible for maximizing lodging revenue by analyzing data, forecasting demand, and setting pricing strategy across multiple resorts and lodging properties, working in partnership with resort operations, sales, marketing, and regional leadership. Responsibilities Job Responsibilities - Strategic Pricing: Set room rates, inventory allocation, and distribution strategies for all market segments across Maine, Montana, and Utah resort properties - Data Analysis & Forecasting: Analyze historical data, market trends, and booking pace to forecast demand and optimize revenue, leveraging competitive pricing, event calendars, and local market conditions as tools - Duetto Platform Management: Leverage Duetto tools (GameChanger, ScoreBoard, etc.) to optimize pricing, forecasting, and distribution across all channels - Inventory Management: Manage and maintain group and transient inventory controls including room accommodation and rate inventory, roll-in controls, group inventory and cut-off dates, blackout dates, and sellout strategies in partnership with Resort Operations; manage unit inventory across platforms to minimize obsolescence and maximize utilization - Distribution Channel Management: Manage and optimize distribution across all booking channels — OTAs, direct, and brand platforms — to ensure rate parity, maximize visibility, and drive channel mix efficiency - Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between Resort Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Reservations to maximize inventory and profitability; work with resort lodging operations and marketing teams to align pricing with operational capabilities - Reporting: Create detailed reports for leadership detailing financial forecasts, budget attainment, and revenue goals - Revenue Meetings: Hold biweekly revenue meetings with core stakeholders including Marketing, Sales, and Operations to align on strategy, performance, and upcoming demand periods Skills & Attributes: - Drive: Develops and executes action plans with a results-oriented mindset and strong sense of urgency - Data-Driven: Obtains, analyzes, and leverages business data — including trends, statistics, and performance metrics — to inform planning, confirm decisions, and influence strategy - Communication: Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders - Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, seasonal resort environment with the flexibility to manage shifting priorities - Collaboration: Team player with strong leadership presence and a customer-focused approach - Dependability: Detail-oriented and reliable, with a consistent focus on delivering high-quality work Qualifications Job Qualifications Education & Experience - Bachelor's degree in a business-related field - 7+ years of revenue management experience in hospitality or travel, preferably with ski or mountain resorts Technical Skills - Proficiency in Duetto hotel revenue management or similar platforms, data visualization and systems, and property management systems - Demonstrated experience in pricing model development, financial modeling, forecasting, and data analytics Analytical & Strategic Thinking - Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data, develop actionable insights, and balance revenue growth with guest experience - Detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture; deep curiosity for understanding and analyzing results Communication & Collaboration - Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft a compelling narrative and present recommendations effectively to stakeholders - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple properties across Maine, Montana, and Utah - Ability to build and manage relationships with multiple teams remotely through virtual meetings and tools Other - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with strong initiative Eligible Candidate Locations This is a remote position.
