Job Description – GWAC & Contract Vehicle Program Manager Title GWAC & Contract Vehicle Program Manager Description The GWAC & Contract Vehicle Program Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management, compliance, and strategic growth of BlueAlly Technology Solutions' portfolio of government-wide acquisition contracts and agency-specific contract vehicles. This includes direct program management of the company's GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS), the MDA SHIELD IDIQ, and development and planning for NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) contracts. This role serves as the primary program manager and contract liaison for all assigned vehicles, ensuring contract compliance, catalog accuracy, competitive positioning, and strong PMO and Contracting Officer relationships. The ideal candidate combines strong federal contracts knowledge with program management skills and a proactive approach to driving revenue through government contract vehicles. This role reports to the Director of Contracts Management. The position involves technical discovery, solution design, and customer-facing presentations. The Senior SA works closely with Federal sales reps, account managers, practice leads, and OEM partners to scope and win opportunities.
