• Act as the operational business owner for strategic digital media partnerships, focusing on driving performance, developing strategic ideas, and analyzing partnership health. • Continuous improvement of core processes across content, product, and revenue operations, translating overall objectives into clear operational plans, timelines, and KPIs. • Maintain up-to-date financial reporting, take ownership of P&L tracking, and utilize Tableau to build dashboards and translate data into actionable insights. • Align internal product managers, content teams, legal, and finance workflows to ensure seamless product integration and contract compliance without missing a beat.
• Turn high-level partnership strategies and ideas into clear, actionable product backlogs and sprints, balancing day-to-day execution with performance goals. • Coordinate and align internal and external teams (engineering, design, analytics, and growth) to ensure smooth product delivery without direct reporting lines. • Ideate and implement testing strategies (including A/B testing) to continuously iterate on the user experience and maximize conversion upside. • Maintain a data-driven approach to tracking product metrics, grounding your decisions in user behavior and providing performance reports to senior management.
• Transform long-form videos and podcasts into highly engaging short-form clips (such as Reels, Shorts, and TikToks) tailored for social media and distribution hubs. • Create and produce custom segments for recurring shows and standalone video-on-demand (VOD) content. • Ensure all video assets are optimized for partner syndication, YouTube, Instagram, and other major digital platforms. • Design high-quality, eye-catching thumbnails and visual assets to maximize click-through rates and audience engagement.
• Lead Content Creation & Ideation: Research, pitch, and write high-quality Commercial News content, including Promo Codes, deals coverage, and "Catch-All" landing pages (e.g., brand-specific promos) using SEO knowledge and research. • Optimize for SEO: Continuously monitor and optimize existing Commercial News content to maximize organic visibility, rankings, and user engagement. • Track Google SERP Features: Proactively monitor and track advanced SERP features, specifically ensuring our content wins and maintains placement in Answer in One (AiO) boxes and Google Carousels. • Drive Business Performance: Take direct accountability for key performance metrics, specifically driving NDCs (New Depositing/Digital Customers) and NNR (Net New Revenue) related to Commercial News. • Maintain Brand Voice: Deliver commercial value while keeping a consistent, high-quality editorial voice that aligns with company standards.
• Contribute to the team's overall CRM marketing strategy to increase user engagement. • Execute marketing campaigns focused on customer awareness, acquisition, engagement, and retention across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging. • Track and report on CRM campaign performance metrics. • Stay up to date on CRM trends, customer behavior, and industry best practices to continually elevate campaign strategy and execution.
• Analyze and discuss prediction markets, sports betting, and event-based trading opportunities • Create engaging content and commentary for X (Twitter) and Discord communities • Help manage and grow the PredictionLabs Discord community • Interact daily with community members and maintain engagement • Create social media content, market commentary, threads, visuals, and educational content • Collaborate with internal teams on community growth and audience acquisition strategies • Support Discord operations including moderation, onboarding, alerts, bots, and automations • Research market trends, news, and events to generate engaging prediction-market content • Help build a recognizable and trusted public voice for the brand • Contribute ideas for content formats, creator collaborations, podcasts, streams, and community initiatives
• Write content for a new vertical focused on prediction markets • Drive traffic to stories about politics, entertainment, culture and more • Use SEO, Reddit, Google Discover and other mediums to take advantage of viral content opportunities • Collaborate with editors and SEO professionals to maximize reach and impact
