• Oversees accounting for construction projects including maintenance of the general ledger and the month-end close process. • Works closely with the Construction Management team in areas including budget and forecast preparation, project financial analysis, and development of internal control policies and procedures. • Performs daily and monthly accounting processes including journal entries, account reconciliations and general ledger transactions. • Prepares monthly client invoicing in coordination with the Program Management team. • Enters subcontractor accounts payable invoices and manages needed cash disbursements. • Assists in the preparation and analysis of financial information in accordance with GAAP. • Prepares routine financial reports and ad-hoc reports for operational review and decision making. • Provides analysis and recommendations to senior leadership by analyzing project financial performance, analyzing budget variances, and ensuring compliance. • Assists with submission of information and necessary communication with internal and external auditors and responds appropriately to auditor comments and recommendations.

• Contribute to the product roadmap. • Maintain the product backlog to maximize value creation. • Manage or perform the business analyst duties of requirements development when improving or developing new features (elicitation, analysis, specification, and validation). • Identify opportunities to modernize and automate data-heavy operational workflows through AI and application development. • Conduct user research and usability testing to understand pain points in existing processes and gather requirements for new solutions. • Manage user experience and directly collect feedback from technical staff across development operational teams. • Plan and propose product development projects that transform manual processes into efficient, AI-driven workflows. • Manage the launch of product improvements and new features. • Collaborate with product, development, engineering, and project teams.

• The Energy Systems Analyst is responsible for assessing building mechanical and electrical systems while performing technical on site surveys and in office analysis on assigned projects. • Assists in the production of projects that are on-time, within-budget and meet the requirements of industry standards & codes and client specifications. • Conducts site surveys to determine existing facility conditions either independently or with senior level staff/project manager. • Assists in identifying and preparing energy efficient and deferred maintenance scope. • Assists in the performing of mechanical system calculations including load calculations, ventilation schedules, etc. • Interacts in meetings with internal company members as related to the project deliverables. • Reviews and analyzes the designs and prepared drawings for mechanical systems for projects including duct and pipe sizing with assistance from senior level staff. • Assists the development team in the coordination with other discipline including energy modeling, financial modeling, lighting, design, etc. • Attends in-house and external training sessions to obtain knowledge in necessary technical areas related to building systems. • Participates in industry organizations and attends events, meetings, and activities.

• Develop and maintain enterprise-level data structures, including conceptual, logical, and physical models. • Define and implement data strategies, standards, and governance frameworks to ensure quality, security, and compliance. • Design, implement and oversee data integration processes, including ETL queries and workflows, APIs, and data pipelines. • Design, construct, and maintain data warehouses to support IS-Development process data optimization, analytics and reporting. • Build and deploy dashboards and reports using SQL and Power BI. • Conduct advanced analytics, including regression analysis and simulations, to drive strategic decisions. • Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and leadership to promote data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency. • Assess and recommend tools, platforms, and technologies for data management, integration and analytics. • Monitor and optimize database performance, scalability, and reliability. • Identify and develop key performance indicators and ensure data accuracy, consistent monitoring and reporting.

• Design mechanical systems, components, or assemblies using engineering principles • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to create high-level concepts and designs • Conduct field surveys to identify existing equipment types and system capabilities • Produce design documents including drawings, system flow diagrams, wiring diagrams, and construction details • Deliver concepts and designs according to strict project deadlines • Provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to team members • Perform work under direct supervision and handle basic issues and problems
