• Contribute to the product roadmap. • Maintain the product backlog to maximize value creation. • Manage or perform the business analyst duties of requirements development when improving or developing new features (elicitation, analysis, specification, and validation). • Identify opportunities to modernize and automate data-heavy operational workflows through AI and application development. • Conduct user research and usability testing to understand pain points in existing processes and gather requirements for new solutions. • Manage user experience and directly collect feedback from technical staff across development operational teams. • Plan and propose product development projects that transform manual processes into efficient, AI-driven workflows. • Manage the launch of product improvements and new features. • Collaborate with product, development, engineering, and project teams.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably with data-heavy operational tools or internal productivity applications.
  • Demonstrated experience transforming manual or legacy processes into modern, app-based workflows.
  • Experience working with AI-powered features or automation tools (e.g., LLM integration, intelligent document processing, workflow automation).
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with ability to work with technical teams and translate their needs into product requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify process inefficiencies and design solutions.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to perform duties outside of scope of work when necessary.
  • Experience with agile development processes.
