The primary purpose of this position is to focus on testing and quality assurance for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions supporting sales, marketing, and service teams. The ideal candidate will bring experience in CRM system testing, including: Unit testing Test script development Automation Data validation This role may also participate in CRM administration tasks including data remediation and solution deployment support. This role requires strong collaboration skills to work effectively with project teams and business stakeholders in a cross-functional, Agile environment.

• support and maintain core People systems and workflows across the employee lifecycle. • partner closely with People, Recruiting, IT, Payroll, and Benefits to ensure systems are configured correctly and experiences run smoothly. • document processes, troubleshoot system issues, and identify opportunities to streamline and automate workflows leveraging AI.

• Debug and optimize network performance end-to-end: NIC tuning, congestion control, packet pacing, queueing disciplines • Analyze traffic using tcpdump, Wireshark, and custom tooling; reason about protocol behavior under load • Work with protocols beyond TCP/UDP when required (e.g., ICMP, IGMP, multicast) • Experience with high-performance I/O and kernel-bypass techniques such as DPDK, XDP, io_uring, or similar • Read and reason about Linux kernel source when debugging requires it • Understand networking stack internals (socket buffers, congestion control, netfilter, scheduling interactions) • Build bespoke tooling when existing observability is insufficient • Work fluently with kernel interfaces used by performance-sensitive systems • Use hardware performance counters, perf, eBPF, and flamegraphs to locate real bottlenecks • Reason about practical CPU behavior: cacheline contention, branch misprediction, NUMA effects, memory ordering • Understand IRQ affinity, scheduling behavior, paging, and TLB effects under real workloads • Strong low-level systems programming background • We work primarily in Rust, but strong experience in C or C++ is equally relevant • Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and writing correct concurrent code • Contribute to infrastructure, tooling, and occasionally upstream projects

• Design and scale the infrastructure powering a globally distributed payments orchestration service. • Maintain existing EC2 server instance deployments while leading the transition to containerized services. • Assist with the build-out of container orchestration platforms to support a globally distributed system. • Analyze potential threats and vulnerabilities to embed security standards, including WAF and DDoS protections, into the infrastructure. • Use Terraform and Ansible to deliver consistent infrastructure-as-code. • Support PCI compliance through meticulous systems documentation and network diagramming. • Participate in an on-call rotation to support 24/7 API operations.
