This role focuses on: - Creating realistic lifestyle images - Cleaning up product photos - Recoloring items to showcase different stock color options Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of experience in Photoshop - College degree – Associate's Degree or higher preferred - Comprehensive understanding of advanced photo manipulation techniques, including masking, blending modes, retouching, and lighting correction - Proven ability to create realistic lifestyle composites by matching light direction, shadows, depth, and perspective across multiple image sources - Strong grasp of color theory and tonal adjustments to ensure accurate recoloring of products while maintaining material texture and realism - Experience with cleaning and enhancing product photos for commercial use, including background removal, dust/artifact cleanup, and surface correction - High-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop - A portfolio demonstrating expertise in lifestyle image creation, product recoloring, and before-and-after retouching work - Must be amenable to work nightshifts (Eastern Timezone) - Must have own equipment (Computer: At least i5, 16 GB RAM, Headset, Webcam, Microphone) - Reliable internet connection and backups Requirements - Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Effective communicator with strong collaboration skills - Bonus points if you are proficient in using Generative AI features in Photoshop to enhance and elevate your work - Illustrator experience is a bonus Primary Duties and Split Responsibilities - Manipulate and retouch images to achieve realistic outcomes - Create composite images from multiple sources, ensuring a seamless final product - Collaborate with internal teams to meet project specifications and deadlines

Proficiency with Adobe Suite (Illustrator/Illustrator/InDesign) is a MUST working in PC environment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable juggling multiple projects and prioritizing work in a fast paced environment and is able to QC their work. Requirements - 3 years (minimum) of Graphic Design/Production Art experience. - College degree - Associates Degree or above preferred. - High-Level Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. - BONUS: Working knowledge of pre-press / production ready artwork as well as various printing processes including digital, silk-screen and offset printing.
