Role Description - Administrative Support for Territory Management: Provide critical administrative support to the sales team, facilitating efficient territory management and systematic tracking of sales metrics. - Strategic Planning Coordination: Assist the VP of Sales & Marketing in organizing and preparing high-level materials for internal strategic planning sessions and executive presentations. - Business Planning Oversight: Collaborate with the sales team to develop, maintain, and oversee reports and documentation that track progress on business plans within designated territories. - Training Program Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule targeted training initiatives to foster internal team development and ensure alignment with strategic organizational goals. - Lead Management and Market Intelligence: Manage lead data entry, maintain comprehensive lead lists, and conduct foundational research to support the identification of potential growth opportunities. - Internal Communications Liaison: Serve as a central point of contact for inquiries from the sales team, VP of Operations, and President, ensuring clear communication and seamless coordination of follow-up actions. - Competitive Market Analysis: Conduct focused research to gather and analyze competitive intelligence and market trends, providing actionable insights to inform sales strategy. - Event Coordination: Virtually coordinate and manage logistics for internal participation in industry events (tradeshows), streamlining schedules for the sales team, VP, and President to optimize event engagement and visibility. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Proven experience in administrative support, preferably within a sales or marketing environment. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively liaising with customers, agents, and team members. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce). - Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to support strategic decisions. - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with senior management to develop and implement business plans and strategies. - Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and improving processes. - Experience in coordinating and supporting the execution of training programs for external agencies. • Initiate and effectively conduct sales calls and presentations to established and prospective customers for all Osmose services and products. • Create relationships with contacts inside each utility at various levels including senior level executives. • Create sales plans and schedules that ensure market coverage with the appropriate contact frequency, based on business priorities and value. • Coordinate sales activity with General Managers-Operations as needed to maintain existing customer base and support sales calls to new customers. • Use customer and market intelligence to advise the Contracts team on proposal development and craft specific language when necessary. • Submit price recommendations to Vice President-Business Development and Contracts team after gathering sufficient production and scheduling information from Operations. • Work closely with Operations to sync crew availability with project schedules and customer expectations. • Produce, in concert with the Vice President-Business Development, an annual sales forecast for assigned accounts and update the forecast on a regular basis to maintain its accuracy. • Record and maintain customer and contact information for all accounts, utilizing the systems and processes provided or requested by the Company. • Develop and implement annual plans to improve personal professional performance and effectiveness. • Participate in and contribute to company sales and product training initiatives. • It is the direct responsibility of the Directors Business Development to further their own training and self-development. • Contribute to other projects and plans, not specifically noted, necessary to minimize bureaucracy and redundant activities and to achieve the Companys financial objectives.
• Manage ISV partner ecosystem • Identify and create partnerships with ISV prospects • Facilitate bi-directional communication between PAI and partners • Develop strategies to facilitate revenue potential
