Job Description

Compliance & Administration Manager

Avantpage Translations

• Review and interpret client contracts, amendments, and compliance documentation. • Identify contractual and regulatory risks and recommend mitigation strategies. • Lead client audit coordination (5–6 per year on average). • Maintain ISO audit readiness (ISO 9001 and/or ISO 17100 preferred). • Support SOC 2 alignment in collaboration with internal teams. • Ensure certifications remain current and compliant. • Partner with Business Development to prevent blind contract execution. • Oversee compliance-related registrations, renewals, and certifications. • Manage structured documentation and reporting. • Support administrative decision-making processes. • Ensure organized and accessible compliance records.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience reviewing contracts and managing compliance processes.
  • Experience leading or coordinating client audits.
  • Working knowledge of ISO standards (9001 and/or 17100 preferred).
  • Experience in regulated industries (Healthcare, Government, Pharma, Legal, or Localization preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and structured thinking.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Ability to work Pacific Time ±2 hours.
