Role Description We are looking for a Hubspot Administrator to support our marketing and sales teams by managing our HubSpot CRM, improving data quality, and driving better visibility across the customer journey. - Own day‑to‑day HubSpot administration and execution, maintaining pipelines, data models, properties, workflows, automations, and user permissions. - Maintain high data quality (deduplication, enrichment, segmentation). - Conduct regular CRM audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency. - Support marketing campaigns through segments, automation workflows, and tracking. - Work with sales to improve lead routing, qualification, and pipeline visibility. - Support scalable revenue operations by building and maintaining BI dashboards to track performance across the funnel, bringing together data from various platforms. Qualifications - Hands-on experience in using HubSpot (min. 2 years - 5 years max.) - Experience in a sales or marketing environment. - Understanding of the lead lifecycle (Lead → MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Customer). - Comfortable working with both marketing and sales teams. - Strong analytical mindset with ability to build reports and BI dashboards. - Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
