We are looking for a Campaigns Manager to be the single owner of AsiaVerify’s Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) programme, with end‑to‑end responsibility for strategy, execution, and performance across paid ABM, email orchestration, and content‑led campaigns. This role sits above content production and channel execution, with accountability for campaign narrative, prioritisation, and measurable pipeline impact across priority target accounts. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience in RegTech, FinTech, or complex B2B SaaS, and is comfortable turning regulatory and technical subject matter into commercially effective campaigns that support pipeline creation and acceleration.

- Campaign ownership
- Own the master campaigns calendar, acting as the single point of accountability for campaign prioritisation, sequencing, and timing across ABM, product launches, vertical plays, and regulatory moments.
- Own AsiaVerify’s Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) programme end‑to‑end, including target account selection support, campaign strategy, paid ABM, email orchestration, content sequencing, and performance measurement across priority accounts.
- Own ABM channel execution across paid media (LinkedIn, retargeting, account‑based ads) and email (ABM sequences, buying‑group coverage, and sales‑aligned nurture).
- Own ABM email strategy, sequencing, and buying‑group coverage, ensuring alignment with Sales and SDR teams across outbound, nurture, and deal acceleration motions.
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns (ABM, product launches, vertical plays, regulatory moments) across content, webinars, email, social, and paid amplification
- Own the campaign narrative, asset planning, sequencing, and the master campaigns calendar, acting as the single point of accountability for what runs, when, and why.
- Communicate campaigns, impact, learnings throughout the campaign process to the team, key stakeholders and wider company.
- Contribute towards Always On activity, including SEM, SEO and Social.
- Run in-person and online events, such as webinars and roundtables, client breakfasts and conferences.
- Content leadership & quality
- Translate RegTech and FinTech complexity (KYB, KYC, AML, UBO, compliance workflows) into clear, sales‑effective messaging
- Set and maintain editorial standards, tone of voice, and messaging consistency across all channels
- Ensure content is optimised for SEO, conversion, and reuse across campaigns
- Team leadership & delegation
- Line manage the Content Executive and Marketing Assistant, with clear ownership boundaries
- Delegate and oversee:
- Website optimisation, always‑on SEO, and content production (Content Executive)
- Design support, social posting, and website updates (Marketing Assistant)
- Own briefing, prioritisation, and quality control — ensuring execution aligns to campaign goals
- Cross‑functional collaboration
- Own ABM paid media strategy and execution (LinkedIn, retargeting, account‑based ads), working with internal or external paid specialists on execution and optimisation as needed.
- Work with Product Marketing on positioning, launches, and vertical‑specific campaigns
- Collaborate with Sales and SDR teams to ensure campaigns support outbound, ABM, and deal progression
- Work with CS to understand key use cases and triggers for content brainstorming and activation
- Partner with Marketing Operations / RevOps on tracking, attribution, and reporting — owning campaign inputs and decisions, while Ops owns systems, data integrity, and performance reporting.

- Define and track campaign success metrics beyond engagement
- Optimise content and campaigns based on performance data and sales feedback
- Ensure marketing output supports revenue outcomes, not ad‑hoc requests

- 5+ years’ experience in B2B content and campaign marketing, with direct RegTech, FinTech, or financial services experience
- Proven ownership of integrated campaigns, not just content production
- Demonstrated ability to simplify regulatory or technical subject matter into commercial messaging
- Proven experience with Hubspot and Wordpress
- Experience managing and developing junior marketers
- Strong collaboration experience with Product, CS, Sales, SDR, and demand generation teams
- Comfortable being measured on pipeline influence and campaign performance
