• Liderar o processo de expansão assistida do produto em novas operadoras e prestadores. • Liderar a máquina operacional do Copilot dentro de cada cliente (interação diária com auditoras da operadora, prestadores e time de faturamento). • Quality Assurance: Avaliar efetividade da IA no Copilot, e conduzir sessões de discussão técnicas com clientes. • Mapear oportunidades de novas inteligências. • Product Feedback : Traduzir dores do dia a dia da auditoria para o roadmap de produto, ajudando a evoluir a estratégia
Job Requirements
- Formação a áreas correlatas a saúde
- Experiência em auditoria in loco
- Experiência em manipulação e consulta de bancos de dados SQL e não relacionais
- Boa comunicação para interagir com diferentes stakeholders.

You translate complex platform needs into actionable plans, ensuring that every stakeholder is aligned and that our technical roadmap is executed with precision. To Succeed in This Role, You’ll Need: - Exceptional Technical Gravitas: You must be highly technical, capable of writing specs that go directly to engineering and understanding platform architecture at a deep level. - Proven Industry Experience: You have run multiple cycles within the AAA or Indie gaming industry and have a proven track record of managing and scaling live service content cycles. - Product Instinct & Design Taste: Beyond following a roadmap, you have the market insight to decide what competitive features we need to build next to stay ahead of the curve. - Stakeholder Management: The ability to navigate and guide demanding stakeholders across engineering, analytics, and leadership. - Operational Excellence: Experience building structures, rhythms, and technical tools from scratch in a fast-paced environment.
