Job Description

Medical Audit Manager

Arvo

• Size, plan and manage the productive capacity of the expanding medical audit operation. • Recruit and select new professionals (physicians and nurse auditors) to build the team across multiple states. • Structure and lead the national audit team, ensuring technical and cultural alignment with Arvo's objectives. • Oversee the daily audit operation, ensuring quality, timeliness and accuracy of deliverables. • Develop and manage the team's and operation's success metrics (KPIs). • Actively participate in strategic review meetings and client and partner presentations, traveling when necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Medical degree (MD or equivalent).
  • Proven experience leading and managing health audit teams.
  • Proven experience managing audit operations across multiple states (with emphasis on Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo).
  • Ability to recruit, hire and engage healthcare professionals across multiple states.
  • Availability for occasional travel to other states for client visits and alignments.
