Job Requirements
- 7+ years in eDiscovery, infrastructure engineering, or related technical roles
- Hands-on production administration of Relativity
- Experience supporting other eDiscovery platforms and/or complex business applications
- Working SQL Server knowledge for platform troubleshooting and partnering with DBAs
- Strong Windows Server administration; Failover Clustering/high availability experience
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layer issues independently as a senior technical resource
- Relativity Certified Infrastructure Specialist or equivalent hands-on experience (preferred)
- Experience with Relativity migrations, upgrades, or environment consolidations (preferred)
- Experience in virtualized environments (Hyper-V, VMware, or similar) (preferred)
- Familiarity with enterprise storage and performance troubleshooting (preferred)
- Experience supporting regulated or high-security environments (preferred)

The focus of this position is administration and support of IBM's z/VM operating system. A one-week, 24x7 on-call rotation is shared with peers resulting in a one-week on-call rotation every 6-8 weeks.
