eDiscovery Project Manager

• Understand and interpret client needs to tailor solutions that exceed expectations, ensuring personalized and effective outcomes. • Collaborate directly with clients and internal teams to construct comprehensive project plans, aligning project goals with client expectations and internal capabilities. • Oversee internal processes to ensure project plans are executed to specifications and deadlines. • Provide regular updates to clients, including detailed status reports, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. • Offer advanced support for technology usage, including Relativity, ensuring clients can effectively use the technology and resolve issues promptly. • Address and resolve client issues with delivered or hosted data, maintaining client satisfaction and trust by ensuring data integrity and availability. • Process data through Relativity Processing as needed, supporting efficient handling and management of client data.
Job Requirements
- Strong client focus, with a track record of building and sustaining high-touch client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of eDiscovery workflows and technologies, with the ability to evaluate client needs and design effective solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Relativity Processing specifically.
- Prior experience in a client-facing project management role within legal services, litigation support, or eDiscovery.
- Proficiency with database programs, text editors, and document review platforms.
- Working knowledge of Relativity or comparable eDiscovery review platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a continuous-improvement mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
