• Co-leading Anima’s support desk, resolving customer issues via chat, email, and video calls • Designing automations and workflows, creating documentation and SOPs, and building playbooks • Tracking and reporting key support metrics such as first response time, CSAT, and resolution time

• Onboard clinics and users to Anima's platform • Conduct user discovery and demo calls to understand user needs • Source leads and execute campaigns for new accounts • Maximise user engagement and referrals through support and follow-ups • Potential to transition into a Strategic Enterprise AE role with account management responsibilities
• You’ll work in one of the most important parts of the business with a mission-driven team. We’re a tight knit unit working relentlessly to drive growth. • You’ll deliver real, tangible value that grows Anima’s impact. Your north star metric is expansion ARR closed. Everything you do ladders up to growing revenue from the existing customer base. • You’ll own expansion revenue across a defined book of GP practices — identifying, qualifying and closing upsell and cross-sell across all Anima product lines. • You'll run the full sales cycle within your accounts, from identifying pain points and building champion relationships through to commercial framing, negotiation and close. • You’ll learn at an exponential rate. You’ll manage complex deal cycles involving multiple stakeholders and competitive displacement of incumbents.
• Own a portfolio of Anima customers end to end. • Onboard new clinics and drive adoption. • Protect and grow the existing revenue base. • Build deep relationships with customers and drive expansion conversations. • Be a conduit between users and product teams, translating insights for future iterations.
