• Own and deliver complex Teamcenter customizations and integrations for ArsenalOS PLM (ITK, SOA, BMIDE, Active Workspace) • Build high-performance integrations between Teamcenter and other ArsenalOS systems (ERP, MES, change management, requirements management, CAD) • Design and implement scalable data models, business logic, and workflow solutions while minimizing upgrade friction • Contribute to improving the platform observability (Datadog, etc) and reliability • Set the bar for engineering excellence — raise standards through opinionated technical decisions, architectural guidance, and high-quality code contributions • Leverage frontier AI tooling (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc.) for rapid development and serve as a model for how the team should work at speed • Collaborate cross-functionally with systems architecture, software product and design, change management, requirements management, and manufacturing teams • Define architecture standards for scalable growth and move quickly from concept → prototype → production

• Provide technical leadership to the Engineering team, supporting architectural decisions and ensuring the sustainable evolution of applications. • Collaborate with the Product Manager to assess technical feasibility and the impact of new initiatives before they enter the sprint. • Work together with the Engineering Manager to prioritize technical debt and define strategies for the team's development. • Conduct architecture reviews considering performance, scalability, cost, security, and maintainability. • Document technical decisions and their trade-offs clearly to facilitate alignment and knowledge sharing across teams. • Actively participate in the implementation of strategic features, contributing code to critical initiatives and guiding architectural evolution. • Perform code reviews focused on quality, knowledge sharing, and the team's technical development.

• Serve as a senior technical authority across informatics defining and enforcing technical standards, guiding key design decisions, and making final determinations on technical tradeoffs and risk acceptance • Demonstrated ability to use informatics (data, ML, AI) to discover and develop materials • Provide end-to-end technical leadership for highly complex engineering projects and programs, ensuring sound architecture, technical rigor, safety, quality, and lifecycle risk closure • Own critical projects and technical deliverables supporting the success of Informatics on the MPE team • Act as a primary technical resource and subject matter expert within Informatics providing guidance to project teams, suppliers, customers, and stakeholders • Review and approve engineering documentation, deliverables, deviations, and waivers to ensure compliance with internal requirements, external regulations, and industry standards • Collaborate directly with the Sciences - MPE Chief Engineer to review designs, align strategy, and provide technical direction • Drive problem resolution across multiple disciplines and identify technical risks and mitigations at the system level • Identify innovation opportunities by monitoring relevant technologies, regulations, competitors, and industrial trends; support external engagement through conferences, academic partnerships, and technical forums • Interface with customers, suppliers, internal teams, and external entities to resolve the most complex technical issues and support successful project execution • Leverage data and AI/ML tools to accelerate design space exploration, automate analysis, and improve defect detection and root-cause resolution • Mentor and coach Principal and developing engineers to strengthen technical judgment, knowledge sharing, and engineering capability • Lead the development of technical standards, best practices, design practices, and process improvements while fostering a culture of curiosity, continuous improvement, and inclusion

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using .NET Frameworks, Visual Studio, C#, LINQ, Web Services/APIs, and Entity Framework • Collaborate in a CI/CD pipeline environment for continuous integration and delivery • Ensure a clear understanding of project requirements, including business goals and technical specifications • Collaborate with stakeholders, including product owners and project managers, to align software solutions with business goals and user needs • Identify, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure software meets project requirements and functions correctly • Execute all assigned functional test cases in the development environment before handing the build to QE • Attach Proof of Testing (POT) evidence in Azure DevOps for every executed test case • Identify, classify, and resolve defects found during Developer Functional Test before QE handover • Improve application performance by optimizing queries, caching, and front-end rendering • Continuously monitor, maintain, and update software applications to ensure they function optimally and align with evolving business needs • Provide support to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of the software application • Maintain comprehensive documentation of the development process, codebase, and software changes for future reference and scalability
