• Manage and analyze quantitative epidemiological, clinical and/or behavioral data and provide output in the format requested. • Conduct analysis and interpretation of data using SAS, R, SPSS • Enter definitions of variables for survey questionnaires, including variable names, range labels, default values, and question strings. • Generate data retrievals and summary outputs. • Support dissemination and reporting of data to stakeholders. • Write SAS programs to generate surveillance reports. • Provide routine analysis and interpretation of data, as well as data entry, coding, and transcription. • Develop presentation graphics, Including MS Office products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Job Requirements
- Three (3) years of experience in generating SAS-based reports using a variety of methods (e.g., PROC REPORT, PROC TABULATE) and exporting those reports to other formats such as Microsoft Excel, PDF, and HTML.
- Skill in manipulating and cleaning data using a variety of SAS functions, formats/informats, macros, and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to work with multiple data sources to monitor and assess data to ensure data quality, including accuracy and completeness.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Statistics, or related field.

This role sits at the intersection of data, marketing, CRM, and product, and is responsible for turning identity-resolved customer data into actionable insights and measurement frameworks that drive acquisition, onboarding, engagement, loyalty, and long-term value. As a senior leader, the Director of Analytics demonstrates mastery in the ability to oversee multiple workstreams, projects and initiatives, and forms deep partnership across the business and technology to drive strategic action. The Director of Analytics is a data and analytics evangelist that guides the organization in unbiased data-led insights and measurement strategy to drive business opportunity -- while also informing the underlying foundational data, analytical frameworks, and reporting needs as a translator across stakeholders. Job Duties & Responsibilities Customer Activation & Lifecycle Analytics - Define and operationalize metrics for customer activation across channels (e.g., sign-up, onboarding completion, first purchase/action, early engagement milestones). - Extend measurement across the full lifecycle, including retention, loyalty, and reactivation. - Identify friction points in the activation and lifecycle funnels and provide data-driven recommendations to improve conversion and engagement. Role Description The Data Analyst (DA) is responsible for providing ad hoc and planned analysis to support management, operations, and technology within NCMEC. The DA will ensure accuracy and consistency of analysis and reports through interactions with engineers, stakeholders, managers, and third parties external to NCMEC. This role will also assist in the maintenance of reports. - Writes complex queries for reporting, creating datasets, and visualization. - Builds and demos self-service dashboard in Tableau and Palantir Foundry, quickly and efficiently integrating feedback into dashboards. - Works with project managers and stakeholders to define and detail requirements which are leveraged to build dashboard and reports. - Coordinates with stakeholders on quarterly reporting needs for divisions across NCMEC. - Provides database querying and data visualization guidance and best practices to non-technical users. - Maintains knowledge of reporting needs and databases, while documenting tech debt, dependencies, etc. - Prepares ad-hoc solutions when necessary to satisfy data needs in support of software development. - Promote and exhibit loyalty to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and the cause of protecting children worldwide while maintaining a professional image. - Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical field. - Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in data analysis and visualization.
