Role Description The Senior Budget/Program Analyst serves as the Project Manager’s principal advisor for the program financial management, budgeting, resource planning, and program controls supporting the DHA LAN/WLAN modernization program. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, public administration, economics, statistics, or a related field; approved equivalent substitution may be considered. - Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience supporting financial management, budgeting, cost analysis, or program controls for DoD or Federal Government contracts. - Demonstrated experience supporting complex Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF), Time & Materials (T&M), or Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contracts through budget development, financial forecasting, labor and cost analysis, resource planning, and executive financial reporting. - Experience managing contract funding, CLINs/SLINs, labor categories, burn rates, obligations, expenditures, and cost performance. - Ability to analyze financial data, identify variances and trends, and translate findings into clear recommendations for program leadership. - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling, charts, dashboard development, documentation and briefing materials. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to brief financial information to technical, programmatic, and executive audiences. Requirements - Active T3 Secret clearance is required. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain all required access and security credentials throughout the period of contract performance. Role Description The Systems/Network Configuration Technician supports the Defense Health Agency (DHA) LAN/WLAN modernization program as a member of the centralized design and support team. This position develops, validates, and maintains enterprise network device configurations supporting Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) and associated outlying medical facilities. Works closely with network engineers, implementation teams, and Government stakeholders, this position performs switch, router, wireless controller, and server configuration packages, validating configurations, supporting engineering documentation, and providing remote technical support during implementation. Limited travel may be required to support server survey activities or provide specialized server expertise during installation when requested. Key Responsibilities - Develop, configure, validate, and maintain network device configurations supporting LAN/WLAN modernization efforts. - Prepare switch, router, wireless controller, and server configuration packages in accordance with approved engineering designs, SIPs, and DHA technical standards. - Implement approved network changes in accordance with DHA standards, project requirements, and change management processes. - Validate operational performance of deployed LAN/WLAN systems and confirm proper network functionality following configuration updates. - Support cutover activities, including pre-cutover preparation, execution support, post-cutover validation, and issue resolution. - Troubleshoot network configuration, connectivity, and performance issues using established diagnostic tools and procedures. - Coordinate with network engineers, system engineers, cybersecurity personnel, project manager, and field implementation teams to ensure configuration packages accurately support project requirements. - Maintain configuration documentation, version control, configuration baselines, and technical records supporting contract deliverables. - Support network implementation, testing, and documentation activities in enterprise environments. - Ensure all configuration activities comply with DHA technical standards, cybersecurity requirements, quality processes, and configuration management procedures. Role Description We are seeking a project based Network Support / Field Technician for an immediate need. We are looking for experienced technicians to execute short-term, “on-demand” tasks based on Government customer requirements at both CONUS and OCONUS installations. - Installing racks on raised floor tiles - Populating racks per elevation drawings - Performing grounding - Installing power cords - Installing structured cabling As a Network Support / Field Technician, your responsibilities will include: - Executing advanced IT de-installations and installations of IT racks, components, and cabling, including expert-level running, terminating, and testing of copper and fiber optic cables. - Participating in complex IT cabling installation tasks, ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry best practices. - Troubleshooting and resolving complex cabling and connectivity issues independently, demonstrating a deep understanding of network integrity and performance. - Adhering to all safety protocols and site-specific procedures to ensure a safe working environment, especially when working at heights utilizing ladders and other equipment. - Communicating effectively with the project lead and team members regarding progress, challenges, and requirements, and contributing to project documentation.
