Role Description The Director of Business Operations provides strategic business leadership and cross-functional coordination in support of the growth, development, implementation, and performance of the Occupational Health Services business line. Requirements - Master’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, public health, operations management, or a related field (preferred). - Knowledge of federal acquisition processes, government contract structures, capture, proposal development, and pricing practices (preferred). - Experience with healthcare pricing, provider reimbursement, staffing models, operational cost development, and margin considerations (preferred). - Experience supporting national provider networks or geographically dispersed healthcare-delivery models (preferred). - Experience implementing or optimizing healthcare technology solutions, such as electronic medical record, case-management, scheduling, contact-center, provider-management, portal, integration, or reporting platforms (preferred). - Project Management Professional, Lean Six Sigma, or a similar professional certification (preferred). Job Summary: Under general supervision of the Program Manager (PM) and reporting to the PM, the Medical Review Nurse (MRN) is responsible for the initial chart review and chart case management for medical exam/screening programs to verify that all medical information and exam components are accurate. The RN works directly with Physicians and Examinees to ensure all medical information is gathered and performs medical Quality Assurance on all charts in various process stages leading to a final determination. Candidates local to Cape Canaveral Florida is preferred, but we will consider remote for the right candidate. Salary range for this position is $66,560-$70,000 Duties and Responsibilities: • Performs medical review of incoming charts to determine if additional medical information is needed. • Collaborates with Physician(s) and other internal nursing staff members for chart review. • Performs medical Quality Assurance (QA) on all charts in various process stages. • Interfaces with Client’s Medical Department as well as the on-site provider. • Contacts Examinee via telephone or email to clarify information necessary to complete the chart. • Develops a very good understanding of the specific contract’s guidelines and addendums as required. • Masters the various software programs specific to the functioning of the exam program. • Implements and follows up on requests for further evaluation from the Examinee when required. • Works closely with other departments to provide accurate and quality outcomes. • Thoroughly cognizant of metrics and organizes workload to meet them. • Consistently learns and applies codified state and federal regulations specific to particular contract(s). • Serve as backup to other nurses for daily duties and assists with follow-up calls to facilities and Examinees as needed as well as other duties as assigned. • Opportunity to travel and assist on medical mobile events as either a site lead and/or RN as work or personal schedule permit. • May participate in interdepartmental project groups or task forces to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems, and maintain a specific level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, new task efforts, contract awards, and new policy requirements. • Supports marketing and sales objectives and efforts as requested. • Performs duties in a safe manner. Coordinates with examinees and network providers to schedule employment-related examinations. Interacts daily with other Acuity team members and provider network partners. Pay is $16.20 per hour Duties and Responsibilities: - Coordinate with examinees and network providers to schedule employment-related examinations. - Follow different protocols for each program. Adheres to program specific protocols, processes, and policies. - Utilize supporting software to process examinations from scheduling appointments, tracking progress, and recording final status for billing and delivery to the client. - Works closely with our medical team, examinees, employers, and contracted facilities to ensure the completion of the examination process. - Contact examinees and facilities to schedule requested examinations. - Contact providers regarding missing or incomplete examination results. - File, scan, and retrieve exam results to include laboratory, medical, and final determinations. - Consistently provides professional and gracious customer service. - Processes inbound and outbound phone calls, faxes, email, and mail. - Handle routine customer inquiries and assess call escalation; redirect calls as needed to the appropriate manager. - Meet or exceed established standards on a consistent basis for quality, customer service, productivity, and service level guidelines. - Handles all medical and drug screen results compliant to HIPAA standard practices. - Other duties as assigned. - May participate in interdepartmental project groups or task forces. - May assist other departments with routine administrative duties. - Performs duties in a safe manner. JOB SUMMARY: Provide advanced accounting support by performing a variety of accounting duties involving account reconciliations, account analysis, and journal entries for general ledger adjustments. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, reconciling, consolidating, and entering transactions and maintenance of supporting schedules. - Prepares and records assets, liability, revenue, and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account and transaction information. - Support the Period End, Quarterly and Year End closing and reporting of the Accounts with accurate, timely and transparent transaction recording. - Support and improve the system of Internal Controls. - Maintain account reconciliations and resolve differences between supporting documentation and the account. - Analyze and report on accounting variances. - Interface with management, colleagues, auditors, tax advisors regarding accounting reports and analysis. - Perform research on various accounting topics, as needed. - Develop work instructions for new processes; review and maintain all work instructions as needed. - Demonstrate proper discretion in dealing with sensitive and highly confidential information. - Review the work of Accountants and guide other staff by knowledge sharing and answering questions. - Provide backup support for other accounting team members. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or business degree required. - Must have a minimum of five (5) years of accounting experience at a similar level, preferably with knowledge of government contractor accounting and multi-currency environments. - Must be a U.S. citizen. - Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred. - Ability to communicate company policy and practices with senior executives, vendors, contractors, and company employees. - Ability to take voluminous data and present easy to understand reports. - Must be able to follow detailed instructions in oral or written form. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Able to work with a process improvement mindset and in a changing environment. - Ability to work outside standard work hours at short notice when dictated by workload. - Advanced user level of Excel, including graphics, pivot tables, V Lookups, and downloading data from external sources such as the General Ledger, Asset Management software, Time & Expense software, HRIS system, and others as needed. - Deltek Costpoint Accounting system experience desired. - Strong written and oral presentation skills. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Excellent organizational skills. - Proven ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously. - Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
