JOB MISSION The mission of the Sr. Clinical Supervisor- Flex Pod at ACES is to elevate the standards in the treatment of Autism by overseeing and executing Applied Behavioral Analysis to create the best possible outcomes for ACES’ clients. Specifically, Flex Pod Supervisors will serve local teams by supporting cases needing intermittent support due to local coverage need. JOB SUMMARY Sr. Clinical Supervisor (Sr. SV) is primarily responsible for designing, modifying, implementing and supervising Applied Behavioral Analysis (“ABA”) programs designed to decrease maladaptive behaviors and increase social, communication and adaptive skills in clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders (“ASD”) and/or other special needs. Additionally, this position supports Behavior Therapists in skill development, career development, and adherence to ACES’ policies and procedures. The Flex Pod supervisor can provide remote or traveling support to cases in need. This position reports to the Newark Clinical Director. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Working with Clinical Manager(s) Program Manager(s) and/or Clinical Director(s), the Sr. Clinical Supervisor’s essential job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Regularly supervising and directing work of Behavior Technicians on assigned cases; - Supporting and motivating Behavior Technicians; - Providing verbal and written feedback to Behavior Technicians; - Giving suggestions and recommendations as to the hiring or termination and advancement/promotion of Behavior Technicians and other employees (e.g. front office staff); - Providing case management (e.g. managing contract hours, collaborating with schedulers, completing client documentation, and staff documentation, etc.); - Conducting intakes under direction of Clinical Director(s); - Conducting initial and on-going assessments; - Writing assessment reports; - Developing goals based on assessment data; - Developing parent/caregiver goals and providing parent/caregiver training; - Developing behavior plans; - Designing ABA programs; - Analyzing data and making programmatic changes to the ABA programs; - Supervising and developing generalization programs; - Writing/editing progress reports; - Collaborating with other team members involved with clients’ program (e.g., service coordinator, Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist, etc.); - Participating in team meetings; - Problem solving challenging situations with clients and staff with Program Manager(s), Clinical Managers and/or Clinical Director(s) support; - Training Behavior Technicians to implement ABA programs; - Training Behavior Technicians to implement behavior plans; - Training and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians for compliance purposed with the Board. - Supporting Associate Clinical Supervisors and Clinical Supervisors with assessments, program development, behavior plans, and meetings; - Assisting with oversight of BCaBAs; - Providing BCaBA and BCBA supervision; - Consulting with the Human Resources Department as needed; and - Working independently in a team-oriented environment. - Supporting and training the advancement of the class of Behavior Technicians - Maintain a billable standard of 6 hours per day and support cases as needed through parent training, supervision, and/or report writing Please Note: Direct work with clients may include, without limitation, the following physical demands: sitting, kneeling, squatting, running, twisting and turning, reaching above shoulders and/or frequent physical transitions. Qualifications What We're Looking For: - Ability to work independently with only general supervision - 3+ years’ experience working with clients with ASD or other special needs - 3+ years as a BCBA overseeing client programming and behavior interventionists - Consistent adherence to billable standard for a minimum of 6 months - Experience delivering ABA services via telehealth required - Minimum Master’s Degree in psychology, education, social work or other related field; and BCBA certification or clinical license - Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation - Background check, tuberculosis test, Livescan fingerprint and any other funding source required clearance - Experience working with children; - Comfortable working in remote environments - Strong desire to support and develop skills and abilities of staff - Highly organized - Professional, positive attitude and appearance - Excellent communication skills - Willingness to travel as needed is preferred Additional Information ACES is an Equal Opportunity Employer. As the Servicer Review Analyst I - Master Servicing, you'll be responsible for organizing, conducting and managing the process of Primary Servicer site visitations for evaluation of their servicing operations. You'll be responsible for the timely reporting of site review findings and the writing of an internal operational report. You'll conduct Primary Servicer Desk Reviews for the purpose of analyzing operational and financial strengths and weaknesses. You'll direct and approve Servicer's course of action involving loan level issues related to trust agreement and servicing agreement obligations. About the role - Travel to Primary Servicer site. Responsible for the project management including the preparation and mailing of an engagement package before and reconciliation and reporting of findings after the Site Review.
