Virtual School Admissions Manager

• Develop a comprehensive enrollment strategy for PGA in China, based on available resources and established networks. • Collaborate closely with marketing managers and sales reps in China, and other countries to execute marketing and sales activities. • Collaborate with academic, operations and sales teams to build an effective bridge between lead generating activities and high-quality academic operations. • Set and achieve enrollment, revenue and gross margin targets for PGA. • Become an expert on PGA and deliver internal trainings to help our team confidently sell PGA. • Organize external presentations and events to promote PGA within China and elsewhere. • Support PGA global sales enablement by managing a centralized enrollment pipeline and process for students from multiple countries and sharing best practices for enrollment management.

Job Requirements

  • Native Mandarin speaker with fluency in English
  • Virtual Education Experience - this person must have prior experience working in an organization delivering virtual education experiences, preferable in a virtual school.
  • Understanding of US Education system - this person must have professional and/or academic experience in which they were expected to deeply understand the US education system.
  • Educational sales and/or admissions experience - This person must have experience selling educational products and services, ideally in a remote setting.
  • International sales experience - this person must have experience managing or collaborating with sales and marketing teams in multiple countries.
  • Established network among schools in China is highly valuable
  • Remote work experience - this person must have experience in a remote working environment.
