Role Description Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Licensed Psychologist to lead our evaluation services for children suspected of having autism. Role Description As a Clinic Admissions Associate at ABC, you are the first point of connection for families beginning their journey into ABA therapy. In this role, you’ll guide families through the admissions process with empathy and care, helping them feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way. This is more than an administrative role — it’s an opportunity to build meaningful relationships, create exceptional first impressions, and help expand access to life-changing care for children with autism and their families. - Responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions for our busy clinics such as document management, keeping track of people + things, and internal + external communication with referral sources. - Give great support to inbound calls from both prospective + current clients/families. - Become a subject matter expert on autism in order to help others understand how we help our children + how we can help them. - Handle various marketing + admissions tasks to support the work of our operations manager and clinical leadership. - Embody our core values (Learning, Team, Excellence, Caring, and Fun!) and be a cultural role model for your teammates. • Update and calculated Payroll with payroll standard • Responsible for administrate renewal contract management • Update the Leave, check medical benefit and staff insurance • Responsible for payment of Income taxation for national staff and international taxation process • Provide the staff with ongoing support and assistant in assigned Program Unit for their day to day HR administration • Ensure that all the personal files are filed and scanned • Follow up with Program Unit to ensure that all the HR process and procedures are smoothly done • Assist with compensation and benefits processes are recorded in align with donor and audit requirements. • Any other tasks assigned by supervisor
