Role Description Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Licensed Psychologist to lead our evaluation services for children suspected of having autism. Role Description As a Clinic Admissions Associate at ABC, you are the first point of connection for families beginning their journey into ABA therapy. In this role, you’ll guide families through the admissions process with empathy and care, helping them feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way. This is more than an administrative role — it’s an opportunity to build meaningful relationships, create exceptional first impressions, and help expand access to life-changing care for children with autism and their families. - Responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions for our busy clinics such as document management, keeping track of people + things, and internal + external communication with referral sources. - Give great support to inbound calls from both prospective + current clients/families. - Become a subject matter expert on autism in order to help others understand how we help our children + how we can help them. - Handle various marketing + admissions tasks to support the work of our operations manager and clinical leadership. - Embody our core values (Learning, Team, Excellence, Caring, and Fun!) and be a cultural role model for your teammates.
