• Billing and Invoicing • Generate and issue accurate customer invoices daily, ensuring compliance with company policies and tax regulations. • Ensure invoices are issued within required cut-off/timeliness standards. • Proactively manage customer accounts to address invoicing discrepancies and resolve billing issues efficiently. • Collections and Cash Cycle Management • Monitor the accounts receivable aging report and drive timely collections of overdue invoices. • Act as the primary liaison with clients to address payment queries and implement structured follow-ups. • Maintain cash cycle operations, including cash receipt deposits, reconciliations, and application of payments. • Documentation and Reporting • Maintain up-to-date, organized records of customer contracts and monthly invoice documentation in digital repositories. • Prepare and deliver monthly AR reports, providing insights into key trends, risks, and actionable recommendations. • Support month-end and year-end close processes related to revenue and AR management. • Process Optimization • Collaborate with the Finance team to enhance AR workflows using automation tools and ERP software. • Provide feedback to improve invoice templates, payment portal functionality, and client communications. • Stay updated on emerging AI tools and practices to drive efficiency and scalability in the AR function. • Client and Stakeholder Engagement • Ensure a positive client experience by fostering open communication and delivering exceptional service. • Partner with Sales and Operations teams to align on contract terms, payment schedules, and AR goals. • Act as AR escalation point for assigned accounts and region. • Compliance and Risk Mitigation • Support vendor registration and setup processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. • Identify and escalate potential credit risks or disputes to minimize exposure to bad debts.
• Code across the stack: From intuitive UI components in React to scalable, event-driven services in Node.js running on Google Cloud. • Deliver continuously: You’ll ship small, high-quality changes frequently, backed by strong test coverage and clean integration pipelines. • Work in the open: We develop together—pairing regularly, reviewing rigorously, and favoring real-time collaboration over asynchronous silos. • Lean on modern tools: We embrace GenAI tools as part of our workflow—not to replace thoughtfulness, but to amplify it. • Refactor confidently: We believe in continuous improvement. • Lead end-to-end content creation: Pre-Production, Production, and Post-Production. • Develop and execute creative briefs with high-quality visual storytelling. • Create engaging, native-first video and photo content for social platforms (IG, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc). • Operate camera and production gear with confidence and creativity. • Drive shoots either independently or as part of a crew (location or remote). • Edit and finalise deliverables with a strong eye for narrative, pacing, and brand tone. • Collaborate within the 90 Seconds platform for seamless project tracking and asset delivery.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to retain and grow revenue within an account. • Grow accounts by opening new buying departments and build close and trusted relationships within cross-functional teams. • Establish and build business relationships, effectively communicating 90 Seconds’ value proposition to Brands. • Understand the customer and their video content requirements and represent 90 Seconds as a strategic partner to them. • Successfully meet sales revenue goals and maintain growth in sales activity month over month. • Proactively maintain account plans, systems, and tools with pipeline activity. • Meet regularly with your accounts and drive value from being a thought leader in the video content field. • You’ll love social selling and being strategic when it comes to account retention and growth.
Role Description We're looking for a Marketing Intern to join 90 Seconds and support our team on our marketing initiatives. This is the ultimate role for a passionate, curious self-starter that understands what it takes to be a part of building a marketing strategy at a fast-growing company. You’ll be given the opportunity to have a large impact on the overall business, working cross-functionally to get the job done. Day to day, you can expect to: - Draft and schedule social media posts across LinkedIn and other channels - Create graphics and short-form content using tools like Canva and Figma - Help produce email newsletters and campaign assets in Mailchimp or similar - Write first drafts of blog posts, case studies, and other marketing copy - Pull together basic performance reports from Google Analytics and social dashboards - Support with research, competitor analysis, and audience insights - Work with AI tools (Claude, Midjourney, ElevenLabs) to speed up asset creation - Coordinate with the wider team to keep campaign timelines on track Qualifications - You're studying marketing, communications, media, or something adjacent. - You've made content before, whether for a student society, personal project, side hustle, or previous placement. - A portfolio or examples of past work is a plus, not a requirement. - You should be comfortable with social media beyond just being a user. - Curious about AI tools and willing to write a lot of first drafts. - You don't need to be an expert, but you do need to be organised and not afraid to ask questions.
