Role Description This is a remote position. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Requirements/Business Analyst to join our dynamic team supporting the CADE2 IMF Modernization project for the IRS. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in requirements management tools, business process reengineering, and stakeholder communication, and will have specific experience within the IRS. This role is crucial in ensuring that our business processes align with organizational goals and project requirements, and in supporting the CADE2 IMF Modernization Requirements Engineering (RE) Solutions. Knowledge of the IRS technical environment is important. The scope of work for this effort includes providing support for all aspects of CADE2 IMF Modernization Requirements Engineering Solutions activities, such as: - Planning - Strategy - Technical solutions analysis - Program/project requirements definitions - Change and configuration management - Oversight - Ad-hoc analysis The contractor shall serve as subject matter experts (SME) to the CADE2 IMF Modernization program and project teams. Activities will include, but are not limited to: - Preparing and facilitating meetings to determine cross-project priorities - Identifying continuous improvement opportunities - Supporting the integration of CADE2 IMF Modernization RE Solutions with other enterprise information technology programs and initiatives - Providing an overall approach for balancing CADE2 IMF Modernization RE solutions between program activities and project-specific needs Qualifications - Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specializing in requirements management and business process analysis - Experience working with the IRS, specifically in IT and IMF/CADE2 domain - Proven experience with requirements management tools such as IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM), JIRA, or equivalent - Strong expertise in developing and analyzing complex process flow charts, diagrams, and presentations - Proficiency in facilitating business transitions and implementing process changes - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data effectively - Familiarity with business process reengineering techniques, tools, and best practices - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels - Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality - Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and prioritize tasks accordingly Requirements - NEED IRS MBI Clearance
