• Requirement gathering: Identify, structure, and document business and technical requirements. • Process improvement: Analyze existing workflows, uncover inefficiencies, and propose enhancements for optimized system performance. • Stakeholder coordination and communication: Bridge the gap between product management, technology, and compliance teams to align expectations and ensure regulatory adherence. • Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, risks, and changes; facilitate alignment between business, technical, and compliance teams. • Technical specification: Develop structured, actionable requirement documents and assess feasibility in collaboration with system architects. • Implementation support: Work closely with developers and QA teams to ensure requirements are correctly translated into functional solutions. • Lifecycle management: Maintain requirement traceability, track changes, and ensure consistent documentation throughout the development process. • Project planning and execution: Define project scope, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams. Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, project risk registers, and post-implementation reviews.

Job Requirements

  • A degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Requirements Engineering, Product Management, or a related role within fintech, blockchain, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of trading platforms, digital assets, and financial market regulations.
  • Experience with DLT technologies and their applications is a considerable plus.
  • Experience with European and national securities authorities is a considerable advantage.
  • Proficiency in eliciting, documenting, and validating requirements using structured methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with agile development frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like JIRA, Confluence.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, able to bridge technical and business perspectives effectively.
  • Experience in project management methodologies and tools, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget is a considerable plus.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. German is a considerable advantage.

Imagine360 is seeking a Plan Analyst to join the team! This position constructs and implements new plan documents in the claims system. This position maintains a comprehensive understanding of the plan document(s) under their scope of responsibility. Position Location:100% remote Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Plan building - Designs and implements system set up in accordance to plan document description. - Builds new groups and adjusts system per plan amendments in Claims system. - Documents applicable changes in related systems. - Determines benefits using ICD, CPT, HCP and Rev Codes in association with provider specialty, age, relationship, place of service and PPOs. - Updates accumulators for newly implemented groups. - Plan Document Language - Ensures plan language conforms to the group's intent and claims build is properly constructed according to document. - Interprets and explains plan document language and plan designs for various EBMS departments. - Customer Service - Receives and resolves internal inquiries regarding plan document language and design. - Provides timely and thorough follow up with, internal and external customers. - Appropriately escalates difficult issues up the chain of command. - Acts as a role model in demonstrating the core values in customer service delivery. - Trains and mentors new employees as assigned. - Quality Assurance - Attends and participates in committee meetings and training sessions. - Performs self-quality monitoring in order to develop and execute plans to meet established goals. - Provides ongoing feedback to help optimize quality performance. - Collaborates with staff and cross-departmentally to improve or streamline procedures. - Assists the Claim Department in performing plan design testing for new clients and renewing clients to assure quality output from the system.
