Role Description TitleWave Real Estate Solutions, a division of Fidelity National Financial (FNF), is seeking a residential Title Examiner to join our Wisconsin team. In this full-time role, you are responsible for delivering accurate, professional title reports while maintaining a high level of productivity. This role requires evaluating risk and liabilities in accordance with policy provisions and providing final title products based on verified facts and documentation. Must have Wisconsin search/examine experience. Location: This position is remote and must be based in the US. Work visa sponsorship will not be considered. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent. - 3+ years of title search and exam experience, predominantly in Wisconsin and general Title industry knowledge. - Detail-oriented and customer service focused with strong written and verbal communication skills. - Demonstrates strong analytical, problem-solving and time-management skills. - Familiar with industry concepts, practices, procedures and associated risks and liabilities. - Proficient computer skills, including moderate to advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft applications and other industry-related software required to perform job duties.
