Role Description We are seeking an exceptional Senior AI Engineer & Full-Stack Architect to become the founding technical leader of our platform. You will design and build the first version of an AI-powered behavioral health platform capable of: - Conducting AI-guided psychological intake interviews. - Drafting Psychological Diagnostic Evaluations (PDEs) for clinician review. - Generating personalized treatment plans and learning pathways. - Delivering interactive AI coaching and educational courses. - Tracking client outcomes and engagement. - Supporting clinicians through intelligent documentation and workflow automation. Responsibilities - AI Development - Design and develop sophisticated AI workflows using large language models. - Build conversational AI agents capable of conducting structured behavioral health interviews. - Develop AI systems that generate draft clinical documentation for licensed clinician review. - Optimize AI performance through prompt engineering, testing, and evaluation. - Improve response quality, personalization, and safety over time. - Build scalable AI agent architectures. - Full-Stack Development - Design and build the web application. - Develop mobile applications for iOS and Android. - Build secure authentication and user management. - Develop clinician and client dashboards. - Create APIs and backend services. - Build databases and cloud infrastructure. - Implement role-based permissions and audit logging. - Integrate AI services into the platform. - Platform Architecture - Design scalable cloud architecture. - Ensure high availability and performance. - Implement encryption and security best practices. - Optimize system reliability and maintainability. - Build for future scalability. - Product Collaboration - Work directly with the Founder to translate behavioral health expertise into an innovative AI platform. - Participate in: - Product strategy - Feature planning - User experience discussions - Technical architecture decisions - AI capability planning - Long-term product roadmap Qualifications - 5+ years of full-stack software development experience. - Strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Next.js. - Strong backend development experience using Python. - Experience building REST APIs. - Experience designing relational databases. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Experience integrating large language models into production applications. - Experience with AI agent frameworks or equivalent orchestration approaches. - Experience deploying scalable web applications. - Strong understanding of software architecture. - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to work independently in a startup environment.
