Role Description The Legal Administrative Specialist Coach (LASC) serves as the supervisor for the Legal Administrative Specialists in the Fiduciary Call Center (FCC). Role Description The Congregational Coach (herein called “the Coach”) will support congregations through a nine-month training program that organizes churches to respond to Christian nationalism, hosted by Showing Up for Racial Justice Education Fund and the Kairos Center for Religions, Rights, and Social Justice. The Coach will support congregational leadership teams in conducting one-on-one campaigns to clarify a vision for the congregation. The Coach will assist these teams in designing and implementing plans for organizing campaigns, survival strategies, and/or spiritual formation. These strategies will be used to build thriving congregations and lessen the impact of Christian nationalism. Qualifications - Experience in coaching or training within a congregational or community setting. - Strong understanding of Christian nationalism and its impact on communities. - Ability to facilitate group discussions and lead training sessions. A high school junior preparing for the AP Calculus BC exam needs someone who has taught the curriculum and knows the conceptual moves that help students succeed.
