• Own daily cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, and bank account administration across all entities. • Establish, document, and enforce treasury controls, including payment approval workflows. • Manage compliance and reporting for the company’s credit facilities. • Maintain banking relationships and serve as a primary point of contact for treasury operations with banks. • Support capital markets and financing activity, including facility amendments.
