Physician – Primary Care
General Medicine
• Deliver high-quality adult primary care via video and asynchronous (chat/triage) telemedicine — 36 clinical hours per week. • Care for a diverse patient population including Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries. • Collaborate with a subspecialist network across medical and surgical disciplines. • Leverage AI-enhanced workflows (Nabla scribe AI, automated routing, integrated clinical notes) to maximize clinical decision-making time. • Help build clinical guidelines, quality standards, and operational processes as an early team member.
Job Requirements
- MD or DO, board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- 2+ years of experience in primary care clinics.
- Active, unrestricted US medical license (multi-state required; credentialing support provided).
- Significant outpatient primary care experience — seasoned clinicians with depth in ambulatory adult medicine.
- Eligible to see Medicare and Medicaid patients (enrolled or willing to enroll as a participating provider).
- Must reside in the United States and deliver all care from within the US.
- Comfortable with telemedicine platforms and technology-driven workflows. DEA license required for credentialing.

• Facilitate 60-minute, large-group “review sessions” (20-30 students per session) aligned to key curriculum & CRCST focus areas over a 14-week period. • Lead engaging, motivational sessions that help build student confidence in material. • Prepare independently for live sessions (up to 3 additional hours per week). • As this is a new program, work with Springboard’s learning team to develop and modify all session agendas and lecture decks. • Develop gamified approaches using tools like Kahoot and others. • Offer 2 live session slots per week, to accommodate different time zones. • Perform tool demonstrations as needed. • Support CRCST exam prep by holding exam review sessions towards the end of the course. • Respond to student questions about course material over email as needed. • Other needs as they arise.
