Job Requirements
- An active, approved STATE NMLS license is a must
- A detail-oriented approach coupled with demonstrated, thoughtful decision-making skills
- The discipline to maintain all mortgage licenses by completing mandatory annual continuing education
- A solid, working understanding of appraisals, title reports, and product guidelines
- Proficiency in utilizing technical systems and programs, such as Encompass
- Current knowledge of regulatory, policy, and compliance issues relevant to the mortgage industry
- The ability and passion to maintain and grow a network of prospects, customers, Realtors, and referral partners
- Being bilingual is a valuable asset (A PLUS!)
