• Provide evidence based clinical care to members (patients) • Offer trans/nonbinary gender affirming hormone therapy, sexual and reproductive health, primary care, mental health care • Conduct clinical visits through audio/visual format as well as asynchronously • Participate in discussions of case studies and clinical training sessions

• Facilitate 60-minute, large-group “review sessions” (20-30 students per session) aligned to key curriculum & CRCST focus areas over a 14-week period. • Lead engaging, motivational sessions that help build student confidence in material. • Prepare independently for live sessions (up to 3 additional hours per week). • As this is a new program, work with Springboard’s learning team to develop and modify all session agendas and lecture decks. • Develop gamified approaches using tools like Kahoot and others. • Offer 2 live session slots per week, to accommodate different time zones. • Perform tool demonstrations as needed. • Support CRCST exam prep by holding exam review sessions towards the end of the course. • Respond to student questions about course material over email as needed. • Other needs as they arise.

• Capture high-quality residential and commercial interior/exterior images. • Execute additional services including 2D Floor Plans, Matterport tours, and Drone/Aerial imagery (if applicable). • Maintain a professional, punctual, and friendly presence on-site. • Upload raw files by 10:00 PM EST on the day of the shoot.
