The Journeyman Administrative Assistant for Publishing supports publication tracking, reporting, and documentation management. This role ensures accurate status updates, maintains production trackers, and supports Sponsor communication workflows. The position contributes to internal control documentation and compliance support in a structured publishing environment. - Monitor shared inboxes and route Sponsor inquiries. - Maintain publication status trackers in SharePoint/Power Apps. - Update lifecycle data and ensure tracking accuracy. - Support monthly progress report preparation. - Maintain audit documentation records. - Coordinate scheduling for scrum meetings (as assigned). - Provide basic editing and formatting support. - Maintain organized digital file repositories. - Assist with forms documentation tracking. - Support correspondence routing and follow-up.
