Role Description This role involves leading the delivery, configuration, and optimization of Payroll functionality within the HCM Cloud suite. The position requires both deep functional knowledge and hands-on expertise to ensure successful implementations, smooth operations, and strong client adoption of Oracle Payroll Cloud. - Serve as a subject matter expert in the Oracle Fusion Payroll module, providing best practice guidance and driving configuration, testing, and deployment. - Conduct discovery sessions, facilitate design workshops, and support user acceptance testing (UAT). - Configure Oracle Payroll features and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. - Partner with HR, IT, Talent, and Change Management teams to ensure seamless system integration. - Assist in developing training resources and end-user documentation for effective knowledge transfer. - Monitor system performance, recommend process improvements, and optimize payroll operations. - Stay current with Oracle quarterly updates, evaluate their impact, and implement necessary adjustments. Qualifications - At least 5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant specializing in Oracle HCM Cloud, with proven expertise in Payroll. - Strong background in configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle HCM Payroll. - Hands-on experience across the full Oracle implementation lifecycle: Discovery, Design, Configuration, Testing, and Post-Go-Live Support. - Solid understanding of Core HR and its integration points with Payroll. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality outcomes. - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. - Oracle HCM Cloud certification is preferred. Job Requirements
