• Develop and champion a product vision and roadmap for our Trust Accounting solution that aligns with the overall company strategy and regulatory compliance requirements. • Plan and execute thorough customer research and analysis to deeply understand the needs and pain of property managers and accountants, translating those insights along with legal requirements into product specifications and user stories. • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly experiences that simplify complex accounting workflows. • Partner with legal and accounting subject matter experts to ensure all regulatory requirements are properly addressed while maintaining excellent user experience. • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives, compliance needs, and user requirements. • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, testing, and launch of trust accounting features. • Define and analyze the metrics that determine success, ensuring the product not only meets compliance standards but also demonstrably simplifies the financial operations of the Property Managers we serve. • Spearhead the discovery of our reporting and insights layer. You'll identify the essential compliance reports, operational dashboards, and financial statements that provide clarity, ensure audit-readiness, and deliver indispensable value to our users.

• Contribute to global accounting operations projects focused on automation, reconciliation consistency and SAP reporting improvements • Support global accounting standardization by gathering data, comparing accounting treatments across regions, and assisting with policy documentation • Assist Accounts Payable process improvement initiatives, including workflow optimization, Concur enhancements, and T&E/AP metric tracking • Perform data cleanup and analysis to support standard costing, system improvements, and broader finance transformation initiatives • Participate in monthly accounting close tasks, including basic journal entry preparation or reconciliation support • Help document processes and identify areas for improvement in workflows and controls • Support internal and external audits by gathering data and performing sample testing • Build professional skills in Excel, ERP navigation, data analysis, and business communication

• Lead and support the billing team in daily operations and month-end close activities. • Act as a subject matter expert in Oracle AR to help define and operationalize billing processes with a continuous improvement mindset. • Develop and document billing policies, procedures, and controls. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and Operations to resolve billing issues and improve workflows. • Oversee the preparation and validation of large, complex Excel-based billing files. • Monitor billing accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal and external requirements. • Provide coaching, performance feedback, and development opportunities for team members.
