This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-responsibility role working directly alongside our named partners. Responsibilities will include: - Assist with the complete lifecycle of litigation matters from intake to appeal. - Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, appellate documents, settlement agreements, and demand letters. - Take and defend depositions, and prepare clients for same. - Assist with trial preparation, including witness preparation, exhibit management, and strategy development. - Communicate with clients, to provide timely updates and clearly explain legal strategies and potential outcomes. - Collaborate with firm attorneys and legal staff to optimize firm systems to maximize efficiency and further the objectives of the firm. - Stay current on relevant legal developments to provide informed, forward-looking legal advice.
