Role Description UnitedLex Corporation seeks an IP Source Code Senior Consultant in Overland Park, KS. - Work on projects involving source code review. - Travel onsite to review the source code produced at onsite locations across the U.S. - Consult attorneys, litigators, and technical experts on patent/technical litigations. - Help build/support the technical infringement theory in patent/technical litigation cases. - Perform patent and software source code analysis. - Prepare Evidence of Use reports, showing how the claimed functionality is performed by the accused software/products. - Provide timely reports to project manager and clients. - Ensure assigned tasks are executed within the stipulated timelines. - Complete ownership of communication with client about technical deliverables. - Ensure successful completion of all projects, including ensuring deliverables are of high quality and technically accurate. - Mentor and guide other team members.
