Role Description This role involves supporting the Brand and Product Strategy teams at Kettle as part of a 10-week paid Summer internship program. - Conduct targeted competitive, market, and business research, and distill relevant information into a strategic takeaway - Work with our Strategy, Creative, and Client teams to analyze consumer trends - Help identify insights that will inform the overall strategy and creative output - Have your finger on the pulse of innovation, campaign creativity and new technology - Support stakeholder interviews, workshops, and brainstorms - Collaborate across disciplines to help develop product requirements and goals Qualifications - Confident presentation skills, and excellent written and verbal communication - A portfolio or work samples that show strategic insight and how it impacted creative output - Familiarity with AI tools, and the ability to explain or demonstrate value gained through AI, and how you use it in your workflow Requirements - You must be entering your senior year of undergraduate studies, a recent graduate, master's student, career changer, reentering the workforce, or switching careers - You must be currently based in the U.S - You must be able to work approximately 40 hours per week for the duration of the program - The salary range for this role is between $20 - $25 per hour based on skill set, education level, location, and experience.
