We are seeking a Senior Golang Engineer with strong expertise in event-driven architectures and deep hands-on experience with Apache Kafka. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of distributed systems, high-performance backend engineering, and the ability to design resilient microservices at scale. You will join a highly technical engineering team working with modern practices such as microservices, observability, CI/CD, clean architecture, and cloud-native development. Responsibilities: - Develop, maintain, and optimize high-performance backend services in Go (Golang). - Build and improve event pipelines and messaging systems using Kafka (producers, consumers, partitions, consumer groups). - Architect and implement scalable and fault-tolerant distributed systems. - Design APIs (REST/gRPC) and integrations across multiple backend microservices. - Implement unit, integration, and performance tests. - Collaborate closely with DevOps, Data Engineering, and QA teams. - Contribute to architectural decisions regarding schemas, event versioning, idempotency, streaming patterns, and backpressure handling. - Enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows. - Implement and maintain observability standards using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry. - Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices.

• Build native Android applications using Kotlin and modern Android frameworks. • Develop apps from scratch with autonomy and ownership. • Contribute to architecture planning and technical decisions. • Apply SOLID principles, clean code and Android best practices. • Use TDD consistently as part of the project workflow. • Work with CI/CD pipelines to streamline delivery. • Collaborate closely with the iOS Developer for feature alignment. • Stay up to date with emerging Android libraries and tools. • Operate in Agile, multidisciplinary teams.

• Lead end-to-end digital strategy assessments, roadmaps and transformation initiatives for enterprise clients. • Analyse client business models, operations and workflows to identify digital opportunities and recommend actionable solutions. • Advise C-level and senior management on digital operating models, automation, AI adoption, and technology modernization. • Develop business cases, ROI models, transformation timelines and executive-level presentations. • Design, implement and optimise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse). • Build automation workflows, process automations, integrations and digital tools aligned with client needs. • Ensure governance, best practices, scalability and compliance across Power Platform implementations. • Support clients through solution adoption, documentation, training and continuous improvement. • Design prompting strategies for GPT-based and LLM-based tools to optimise business workflows. • Create and refine AI-driven solutions, including chatbots, copilots, automated knowledge bases, and productivity enhancers. • Train client teams on best practices for prompting, responsible AI usage, and digital mindset enablement. • Act as a trusted advisor for clients, managing expectations and ensuring delivery excellence. • Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering sessions, design sprints, and executive briefings. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Product, Data, Engineering) to deliver scalable solutions. • Produce high-quality project documentation, strategic reports, and operational frameworks.
