• Own the recurring invoices and partner reporting for your business line (initially our Long-Term Care Insurance products and their partner book), delivering them accurately and on time every close. • Rebuild reporting on dbt — moving logic out of manual/bespoke SQL and BI-tool calculated fields into tested, traceable, version-controlled models — following a dbt-first approach for all new work. • Build and maintain internal data products — dashboards, BI tools, and self-serve reporting — that business partners rely on, and retire legacy reports as you migrate them. • Write and maintain clean, tested SQL against BigQuery, and ship changes through a Git branch ? PR ? review ? merge workflow. • Build and monitor scheduled data pipelines (e.g., Airflow DAGs) so reporting runs without manual intervention, with exceptions surfaced via alerts. • Build a strong mental map from source system to output — Salesforce UI object ? underlying tables ? dbt model ? report — and use it to find and fix the root cause when numbers look wrong. • Reconcile old vs. new outputs during migrations and hold the line on “matches prior period within tolerance” before decommissioning anything. • Know the business cold: understand each partner’s contract and billing terms (PMPM, per-assessment, flat and admin fees) well enough to recognize why each number is what it is. • Partner directly with business and operations leaders (e.g., LTCI GM, VP of Ops, product managers) to understand priorities, validate reporting, and reconcile analytics against operational ground truth. • Move up the analytics maturity curve — from descriptive reporting toward predictive and prescriptive analysis — bringing hypotheses (not just dashboards) about what drives conversion, cost, and outcomes, and delivering analysis that changes an operational or product decision. • Use AI tooling (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate your work, and share reusable patterns, prompts, and slash commands with the team. • Create and maintain runbooks so your reporting can run through your PTO without a single point of failure. • Flag and fix — rather than preserve — logic that is wrong or unclear; raise risks early when a live report or invoice may be affected.

• Support the organization and documentation of data and metadata by recording information in data catalog tools; • Contribute to the implementation of governance practices by following guidelines and standards defined by the team; • Ensure data catalog information is up to date by updating metadata and dataset descriptions; • Support the control of data definitions and rules by documenting business rules and data definitions; • Assist in communicating governance best practices by supporting training sessions and internal communications; • Identify basic documentation inconsistencies by reviewing data and spotting simple gaps; • Support teams in understanding data by answering questions with the assistance of the team; • Develop technical expertise in data governance by participating in training and upskilling initiatives.

Role Description Under the direction of the Manager, Hosted Services the Senior Litigation Data Analyst, Hosted Services provides technical support through KLDiscovery’s TechQ’s in the use of KLDiscovery’s applications (including but not limited to Relativity and Nebula) and provides training and/or technical support to internal and external clients. Essential Functions - Serve as a senior-level subject matter expert on RelativityOne and Relativity Server, providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex data loading, processing, and platform configuration issues. - Design, build, and maintain advanced Relativity workspace structures, including complex permissions models, group/user provisioning, and access control. - Configure and troubleshoot advanced Relativity functionality, including Analytics (clustering, categorization, conceptual search), Structured Analytics, Processing, Imaging, and Production sets. - Develop, test, and maintain event handlers to automate workflows. - Design and construct advanced Boolean and dtSearch search logic, complex layouts, and dynamic field/choice structures to support sophisticated end-user review workflows. - Serve as an escalation point for complex client requests, providing consultative guidance on Relativity workflow design, review protocol strategy, and platform best practices. - Provide advanced third-party data manipulation and reporting services to end clients. - Participate in client-facing meetings, demos, and training sessions, representing KLDiscovery’s technical capabilities and Relativity expertise. - Maintain advanced working knowledge of the eDiscovery lifecycle topics, including hashing, privilege log generation, analytics, production procedures, and case timelining. - Mentor, train, and provide day-to-day technical guidance to Data Analysts, including onboarding support and workflow shadowing. - Review data analyst work product and client-facing deliverables for quality and accuracy, providing constructive feedback and coaching to support skill growth. - Act as a point of escalation for junior team members on complex troubleshooting scenarios, helping resolve issues efficiently and reinforcing best practices. - Support development and maintenance of training materials, SOPs, and best-practice documentation to strengthen team-wide technical capability. - Assist management with onboarding of new data analysts, including skills assessment and structured ramp-up planning as needed. Role Description The Digital Data Analyst will support the IG team remotely, a highly committed and performance-driven team, responsible for overseeing a fundraising program that delivers over one billion dollars of income every year. The Digital Data Analyst will be responsible for implementing and developing complete and complex data models for donor acquisition and retention that will become a global standard for UNICEF IG team in the LAC region. With those data models as the foundation, the Digital Data Analyst will be creating other data products like Dashboards, Machine Learning (ML) models and will ensure that all products are future-proof and AI-ready. The Digital data analyst LAC is expected to: - Act as a subject matter expert in data analytics and GCP/Salesforce data technologies for digital channels. - Work with client teams to design and implement modern, scalable data solutions using a range of new and emerging technologies from the Google Cloud Platform and Databricks. - Work within an Agile environment. - Build and deliver Data and reporting solutions using GCP products and offerings. - Build and deliver data models that enable integrated donor feature base which will enable powerful propensity models based on multiple channel and behavioral data points that are easily replicable.
